  Had the blooming burger meal. Great value for the amount of food you get plus you get a dessert. The burger was delicious & so was the dessert. The wait staff was excellent..

  My fiance and I got completely ignored for 10 mins. We made eye contact with many employees and were never greeted or anything. We left after the staff made it obvious they were not going to serve us.

  I have generally enjoyed dining at this Outback Steakhouse in the past, which made this visit particularly disappointing. The meal started with the Three Cheese Spinach Dip, but the accompanying chips were so heavily salted that they overwhelmed the flavor of the dip and I don't doubt it may have been an attempt to conceal the stale chips themselves. Throughout the meal, our server was also very slow to refill our drinks despite the restaurant being relatively quiet. At one point, another server spent 10–15 minutes socializing with a nearby table, making the lack of attentiveness even more noticeable. My main course was a 6 oz. Filet Mignon, and unfortunately it was heavily seasoned. In my opinion, a quality cut of steak like a filet should be allowed to stand on its own rather than being masked by excessive seasoning. The asparagus, which is usually one of the reasons I enjoy ordering at this location because it's typically generous and well prepared, was also saturated with salt. Even the baked potato, which has tended to be on the salty side during previous visits, was noticeably over-seasoned this time. Considering the price of the meal, I expected much better attention to detail in both the food and the service. I hope this was simply an off night, but this experience fell well below the standard I've come to expect from this location.

  Called in to place a curbside order…was put on hold for just under 15 minutes to place a to go order. Arrived at the location before they answered the line and told the hostess I was still on hold. She walked me to the back of the restaurant to place a to go order and there was no “to-go” person present. She then spent just about 5 minutes looking for someone to take my order. Once the girl took my order I let her know that I was placed on a hold for 15 minutes and had enough time to drive here and physically place an order before someone answered the line. She responded with “sorry about that, did you want your receipt.” I do feel like it was very dismissive considering the whole point of ordering curbside is to not have to go inside…feel that there could have been more concern in how this was handled. While she took my order a car that had been waiting for their order even walked in to get his “curbside” order well. Overall Togo isn’t the way to go with this location.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Outback Steakhouse, and it had nothing to do with the food. The issue was the customer service. Before arriving, I called the restaurant and explained that I had a party of 8 and would be arriving around 7:30 PM. The employee who answered the phone was pleasant and told me she would put my name down and that the wait would probably be around 15-20 minutes. When we arrived, however, the hostess informed me that the wait would actually be 45 minutes to an hour. Naturally, I was confused and asked what the point was of calling ahead and having my name written down if it made no difference when we got there. I asked to speak with the manager and explained the situation. Unfortunately, his response was even more disappointing than the wait itself. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that we had been given incorrect information, and no attempt to make things right. He simply offered us a high-top table, even after I explained that my mother is disabled and would have difficulty using that type of seating. His attitude came across as "it is what it is," and he seemed more interested in helping the customers standing behind me than addressing my concerns. I understand that restaurants get busy and that wait times can change. My frustration isn't with the policy or even the wait itself. It's with being told one thing on the phone, experiencing something completely different upon arrival, and then being treated as though my concerns didn't matter. A sincere apology and a little empathy would have gone a long way. Based on this experience, I left feeling that customer service was not a priority at this location. I will never come back to this location, and I will do my best to make sure other people that I talk to never visit this location either.
