  It was very disappointing, this was the second time we've been there. The first time we had to walk out because it was taking too long for food. This was when it first opened so we decided to give them another chance. This time they didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and they were just chit chatting near the hostess stand for several minutes. We ended up walking out. I understand it was also dinner time but they could have told us it was going to be a wait or we will be right with you. (Although they were not busy) Either way, we will not be back. They need to work on their customer service.

  Sofia was AMAZING! She followed up and checked on our table quite frequently. That is great service. That type of service no longer exists in normal restaurants. Thanks for the great service, I'll return just for he great attitude and attentiveness..

  Two of my buddies and I took the evening off and had dinner at this Outback Steakhouse in the Brooks City area. Immediate service; the waitress looked to be new at the job, but efficient with our order. Drinks were great, appetizer was tasty but greasy. When the main course came the steaks were cold, over cooked and the baked salmon portion was quite small for the price. The Restaurant was busy, and it did take some time for our main course to be served, but that's no reason for the steaks to be over cooked and cold. We should have sent them back but the wait would be long, so we accepted the meals as is. To finish the dinner we ordered a slice of their carrot cake and a cup of coffee. The carrot cake was cold making it less enjoyable and the coffee was cold. It appeared the coffee was put in a micro-oven to warm cold coffee. I was expecting more for the price of the meals. Will we go back to this Outback Steak House, UNLIKELY. Pleasant surroundings, Active wait staff, but no manager drop by to check on the meal.

  Extremely disappointed with the service provided here. The server who sat us carried herself with an unprofessional attitude sitting us down in a table we told her we were uncomfortable with and responded with "thats all the service you'll receive today". After sitting us down, we were already uncomfortable with the unprofessionalism of this place and to top it off our waiter never came. We waited for 10 minutes with no service, being glanced by the lady who sat us giving us inappropriate looks. We decided to leave the place. Service was terrible. Not how I expected my first experience at OUTBACK to be like. Thank you for your time

  I recently visited this location on 4/29/26. Mikey was our server and he was sensational. The food however was not up to par or worth the price. We were a party of 2 we ordered a blooming onion which was over fried and tasted like it was fried in old oil. We both ordered the Kingsland steak and shrimp pasta. The steak was cooked as we requested but had no flavor, the shrimp were over seasoned and the pasta sauce was very salty. We didn't finish the appetizer or our entrée. The server was great, friendly and attentive, honestly the best part of our experience there.
