  Cathy Lee at Morton’s San Antonio delivered the kind of service that turns a great event into an exceptional experience. We host hundreds of events each year across many venues, and she stands out as one of the most attentive, professional, and genuinely engaged servers we’ve worked with. What impressed us most was that Cathy was the first person to take the time to introduce us to the Morton’s membership rewards program, something no one else had ever mentioned despite our frequent events and visits. That level of initiative and attention to customer relationships speaks volumes about how much she cares about her guests and the business. Beyond that, her service was flawless: organized, proactive, personable, and consistently attentive to every detail throughout the event. She made our guests feel welcomed and valued, and she handled everything with professionalism and warmth. Morton’s is fortunate to have someone like Cathy Lee representing their brand. We’ll absolutely continue requesting her for future events whenever possible.

  Our server Kristie was phenomenal! She was very attentive made the night very pleasant & enjoyable. The manager, Alana, came to our table & checked on us as well. She even comped one of my mother's day drinks which were very delicious & certainly hit the spot! The entire experience was 10/10! So glad my husband brought me here for such a wonderful night 🤗 Definitely worth it!

  It is customary for us to celebrate special events by going to dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse. The food and service are very good as was the ambiance. We liked the big band sound and music by Frank Sinatra and the like. However, in spite of the majority of the clientele being seniors they changed the music to more modern music. We will have to re-think going back.

  Emiliano was our waiter and he was the absolute best waiter I’ve ever had here at this Morton’s location. It is my birthday and he made me feel super special. He was very attentive and made great suggestions. Everything I asked for I got with absolute perfection. 10/10. And who ever was cooking tonight was AMAZING. When you go, ask for Emilio’s section if you can.

  We came in as a group of 20… yes, 20… and somehow the team handled us like total pros. That alone deserves a standing ovation. Kristie and Jasmine brought such a fun, trendy energy to the night—they kept things lively, made great recommendations, and made the whole experience feel elevated but still relaxed. And jasmine? She is the backbone. She’s making the best drinks all night, consistently on point, and somehow keeping up with a group that definitely didn’t make it easy. And if you need anything—Alana, the GM, has you covered. She was attentive, present, and clearly runs a tight (but very welcoming) ship. You can tell the whole team respects her and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. Pulling off an amazing dining experience for 20 “high-energy” guests is no small feat, but they absolutely crushed it. Food, service, vibes—10/10. We’ll definitely be back.
