  I celebrated my birthday dinner tonight and the food and service were off the charts FABULOUS! From Iris who sat us at our table, to Josh W. who was our server to the Assistant GM Jeanette, nothing but Top Quality professionalism and customer service! I patronized this establishment yearly for the last 3 years and will continue to as long as the quality, professionalism and customer service stays OUTSTANDING! PS, Irish you may go to the beach this weekend! Happy Birthday Iris! 😁🎂

  We visited **Morton’s during Restaurant Week**, and while our evening started off with a couple of snafus on what was clearly a very busy night, I have to give major credit to the manager, **Alana**, for completely turning our experience around\. Our service unfortunately fell short at times and we did feel a little forgotten, but Alana stepped in, checked on us personally, listened, and went above and beyond to make things right\. She surprised us with a sweet surprise\. More importantly, she made us feel like our experience genuinely mattered\. **That is what great management and customer service look like\.** And I have to say—Morton’s is still the ONLY steakhouse that knows how to make my well\-done steak *\(I know, I know\! 😂\)* absolutely perfect the first time\. Somehow it is still tender and juicy\! We also got to see **Kathy Lee sing Happy Birthday** to a table across from us, which was such a fun and unexpected moment in such an elegant restaurant\. It made the evening even more memorable\. Thank you, Morton’s, and especially Alana, for recognizing when an experience wasn’t quite up to your standards and doing everything you could to turn it around\. **We left feeling taken care of—and because of that, we will absolutely be back. 🥩🍷

  We wanted to have a special dinner during our stay here in San Antonio, and I booked us a table for two at 7:45. We got confirmation and headed there. The restaurant was warm and inviting, and we were seated promptly. Isaiah was our waiter and he knocked it outta the park! Had a hot super tasty loaf of garlic and poppy seed bread on our table soon after. Loved the room temp butter…. Our wedge salad was great! I had the pickled onions on the side. We ordered the 20oz ribeye medium rare with a loaded potato and some spinach and mushrooms. I wanted to try the truffle butter for the garnish. Everything came out great! 👍🏻 👍🏻 Jeanette the manager came by to check on everything as well. Definitely recommend! Will be back next time we are in town!

  From the moment we walked in until the very end of our meal, everything was absolutely outstanding. I ordered the Wagyu filet with Gouda bacon au gratin potatoes, asparagus, and jumbo shrimp, and every single bite was incredible. The Wagyu was cooked to perfection—tender, buttery, and packed with flavor. The Gouda bacon au gratin potatoes were rich, creamy, and easily some of the best I've ever had. The asparagus was perfectly cooked, and the jumbo shrimp were fresh, juicy, and absolutely delicious. It was one of those meals where you don't want it to end. What truly elevated the experience, though, was our server, David. He was phenomenal from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, answered every question we had, and made us feel genuinely welcome. He checked on us at just the right times, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. His professionalism, friendly personality, and attention to detail made our dinner feel like a special occasion. It's becoming harder and harder to find restaurants that deliver both exceptional food and exceptional service, but this place absolutely nailed both. If you're looking for an unforgettable steak dinner, this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back, and we'll be asking for David again!

  From the moment we walked into Morton's, every aspect of the evening exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding—perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of incredible flavor. Every course was cooked to perfection, making it one of the best dining experiences we've had. What truly made the night exceptional, however, was the service. Our server, Michael, was phenomenal. He was attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the entire meal. His recommendations were spot on, and he anticipated every need without ever being intrusive. A special thank you as well to Alana, the manager, who took the time to check on our table and ensured everything was perfect. Her professionalism, warmth, and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience were evident and greatly appreciated. It's rare to find a restaurant that excels in every category, but Morton's absolutely does. Outstanding food, impeccable service, and an unforgettable atmosphere made this a five-star experience from start to finish. We can't wait to return and highly recommend Morton's to anyone looking for a truly first-class dining experience.
