  It never fails! Even when there’s not a long line, you will always be waiting more than 15 minutes for your food!!!

  The WORST place to eat and order, food is always cold management doesn’t know how to handle their employees and customer service is ridiculously poor, this place needs to be shut down

  Se tardan demasiado en atender, vienen a decirte que la orden está incorrecta y no hay gente en la parte de atención. Estuvimos esperando más de 15 minutos para que me atendieran

  I placed my order and the person upsold me a strawberry and creme pie. I paid got to the 2nd window and was handed a bag. The young man said that they were waiting on thr strawberry creme pie. He left and never came back. 6 mins later I honked my horn to get someone's attention and a young man came to the window. I explained how we had been waiting 6 mins for the pie and no one has brought us one. He said ok and left. I finally got fed up and went inside to ask about the pie. It took a little before anyone offered to help me. This woman finally asked what I needed and I told her. She asked for my receipt which I had left in the car I went and got it and gave it to her. She had to go back and ask about the pies. She gave me 2 pies but didn't apologize or even act like she cared. By the time I got home my food was cold and everyone knows mcdonald's is not good cold. It would have been nice if the person had acted sorry or even that she cared. Maybe even offer to remake the food. They should tell you if they upset you something that you have to wait on it. Then they were asking who's car was parked by the drive thru door. Isn't the point of a drive thru so I don't have to get out? There were multiple ways this McDonald's could have made this right and didn't care to try. We live in the area and will drive to another McDonald's. I guess they don't care about their rating since they are on a busy highway and don't depend on repeat business. Also I lost my receipt so I can't complain to corporate. Why make it so hard to find a store number?

  They always pull up then forget about you. Just this last time waited almost 20 min and ended up going back around and they didn’t remember. Then they gave attitude when I didn’t want to pull forward again to wait even longer. Then all of a sudden they had my meal ready within 1 minute.
