  This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to in my life!!!! I was the only one in the lobby so I ordered at the kiosk. I waited 20 minutes for my food. Before I went up to the counter I waited at the counter for almost 4 minutes before I practically yelled at a girl to please come to the counter. So if you're looking for fast food restaurant to eat at this is not the place!!!!! 😡😡😡

  Just DoorDashed from this McD’s. The order came pretty quick, but the fillet-o-fish was ice cold with no tartar sauce. The fries were 1/2 full and also ice cold. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from there again since this has happened several times before.

  Rude staff. I seen 4 people make eye contact with me and didn’t even acknowledge my existence. I use to work at McDonalds, I understand at any restaurant drive thru comes first, however letting customers just stand here and look stupid after 4 cars already pulled forward is crazy. This place needs better management. Even the managers ignored me and I’m just picking up for DoorDash.but yet they want to get mad when we go through the drive thru, WELL PAY ATTENTION TO US WHEN WE COME INSIDE!!!!!

  I’ve visited this location twice in the past month and have consistently experienced long wait times when ordering through the mobile app. I’ve tried both the drive-through and curbside options, but neither seemed to save time. The app promotes ordering ahead to avoid the line, but in my experience, mobile orders felt delayed compared to others. The website also mentions that orders are prepared while you’re on the way, which unfortunately hasn’t matched my experience during these visits. During one visit, I pulled into a drive-through lane and was asked to wait. While I was waiting, another lane remained open, and new arrivals were helped before my order was taken. Even after those orders were completed, I was still waiting. The employee did apologize, which I appreciated, but the overall process felt disorganized. It might help to have team members coordinate between lanes more actively—switching between them when needed—to keep things moving more efficiently.

  Hands down one of the best quick stops ever! The fries were hot and crispy, my Big Mac was stacked just right, and the service was actually fast this time.
