Even if you order online they still make you wait for your food. This location takes forever and if you’re ever in a rush don’t bother to stop here , they are so slow. Waste of time and money

I don't want to be yelled at. So why do we use the kiosks are the app? Then to select table or a number to put on the table. Yet they scream a number or if you used the app. Like they force us to. They scream your name at you. This is all across the room instead of bringing it to the person. That ordered off the app or kiosks in the middle of the room. Why wouldn't they just only have an option to pick up at the window only and wait for your name or number to be yelled at you very disappointing. Who is teaching the next manager's how to treat the costumer.
Seems like they don't care for the customer anymore , just get it and move on , hurry up.

They totally ignored me while waiting in the lobby to pick up my order. At least 4 employees looked right at me and stared and looked away when I began to speak. When one finally acknowledged since I called out very loudly, they said they usually only take kiosk orders. I let yhel know I was there for a pick up order which requires we go inside, they said "Oh". The team was unprofessional yelling at one another, cursing loudly, etc. idk what they have going on here but I wouldn't return. I don't think they had a manager there. Terrible service. They Also marked the order ready when they had not even started the order 😩 Terrible service.

After sitting curbside for 20 minutes food came out luke warm. Pretty sure it sat for awhile bc they weren’t slammed. My order 2 weeks ago had overcooked fries but I had already left for home. Seems like a steady decline over the past year, which is the only reason I gave 3 stars (they were pretty good previously).

After more than 20 minutes waiting in curbside I walked in ask about my order. It took 5 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff, most people just look the other way. A young lady came of the fryers to ask if she could help. I showed her my order in the app still waiting to be completed. She left and another 5 minutes later came back with the original order from over 30 minutes prior.
The food was handed off with a simple “ sorry about that, not sure what happened to it”.
The food itself was as disappointing as it was far from fresh. Ice was melted in the drinks. Food was old, cold and meh.
This is has happened on another occasion as well, this isn’t the first time.
I want to be able to frequent this location more often as it so close and convenient. I thought I might give them a try again since it’s been a while, but they just can’t seem to figure it out at this location and all they seem to be able to serve consistently are disappointments.
