    I went through the McDonald’s drive through at around 11:40 P.M. in rainy conditions while there was a line of cars behind me. I had to wait at the speaker for about 6 to 7 minutes before anybody attended me after being completely ignored. When employee finally took my order, I asked for a plane cheeseburger with ketchup and onions. The worker than argued with me about the definition of a plain cheeseburger instead of just confirming my order. this went on for an unnecessary amount of time when it was clear about what I meant and no need for an argument. Once I pulled up to the pay here window, I asked the man if he was the one who took my order. He said yes, and that his name was Gilbert. I calmly asked him why he was being so rude and he said he was not being rude, and when I explained that arguing with a customer was rude, he threatened “I can actually be rude and deny you service”. I asked to speak to a manager and he responded with I am the manager, GM and corporate. after I expressed him that I would be filing a complaint, he denied me service, shut the window and disrespectfully said “bye Felicia”. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a any type of food industry, and I will never be going back and do not recommend to anyone that respects themselves.

    I had gone through Drive Thru, and always the young lady Jennifer from window she is very sweet, the food quality and service is really good

    The young lady on the speaker/the window was so entirely sweet, I have no issues whatsoever with the workers as both the employees I interacted with were super kind. However, The store was really busy so I found myself waiting about 20 minutes before I even got to the speaker - I believe the store was under staffed. Not only did I have to wait forever for my food but it also tasted burnt and gross :( I had just worked a long shift so I was really disappointed it wasn't even good. If i were to ever come back, it'd be because of the employees. Not because of the quality of the food.

    Placed a mobile order, gave my code at the window, and was told their system was down so they couldn’t fulfill my order, even though I had already paid. Instead of fixing it, they told me to buy the meal again or wait up to 7 business days for a refund. The manager (Jessica or Vanessa) was completely unhelpful. She told me to contact customer service or cancel through the app, which wasn’t even possible since the order was marked as “being prepared.” No accountability at all for leaving mobile orders on and still asking for codes. I wasn’t asking for anything extra, just the food I already paid for. Instead, I was blamed for their issue and initially refused service. I had just spent my last bit of money on that meal, so repurchasing wasn’t an option. After over an hour of waiting and only because I didn’t leave they finally gave me my order. I stayed calm the entire time, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. Terrible customer service and zero accountability.

    Ordered Frappe with code, was told code didn't work, had over 11k points, tried several times and points got deducted to 6k so code did work. Then manager told us oh well we can't do anything, cause the machine doesn't work. Waited over 10min for them to then say that. Why wouldn't they start with out machine is not working, don't waist your points. They need better training, including the manager.
