  Asked for a caramel sundae and it looked as if it was taken out of the garbage. Bad attitude.

  Placed small order on mobile app. Picked up by drive thru 6 min after placing order, there was no line, and was still asked to pull forward for a 2 min wait which resulted in over 15 min wait for only 2 cookies. Horrible service!

  Literally crazy how you can get ignored to your face by staff & they look at you like you’re crazy if you’re missing an item like?

  I had a few issues during my visit on 4/16/26 at 5:31 PM. I went through the drive-thru and received our drinks, which had very little ice. The diet drink was also not marked on the cup, so we had to taste test to figure it out—not a big deal, so we didn’t complain. We ordered the new Huntrx meal, but they were out of the boxes. Again, not a major issue. However, when we received the meals, the sauces we requested were missing, so I had to ask for them. I also noticed the seasoning packet that comes with the meal was not in the bag, so I asked for that as well. As the employee was walking back to the window, a manager stopped her and said the packet was in the nugget box. I smiled, said thank you, and moved on since it seemed like a busy time. While driving away, my daughter checked her box and the seasoning packet was not there. When I grabbed my food, my burger was barely in the wrapper and partially hanging out. I attempted to call the location for about 30 minutes, but no one answered. Overall, I’m very disappointed with this experience.

  Read the new K-pop demon Hunter Happy meal and they gave it to me and a brown bag and a toy and a smaller brown bag That's the whole point of buying it and spending $10 on it so that you can so that the kids can see the pictures of K-pop she was so disappointed and my baby girl she cried and cried these people suck
