The line was super long which was understandable after 11 pm in a Saturday but I went in and ordered nuggets. They were old and soggy. Won’t be coming here again

I'm unsure why my mom always has issues whenever she visits. When these two are present, she isn't greeted, and they often forget her order. Clearly, improvements are needed.

Formal Complaint – Incorrect Cup Size / Misleading Serving Size I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent purchase of a Medium Mocha Frappe. I paid $4.50 for a Medium Mocha Frappe, but the cup I received is clearly marked “S,” which indicates Small. When I questioned the employee about this, I was told that this is the cup they use for a Medium frappe. I do not believe this makes sense or is clear to customers. The cup itself is physically labeled “S,” and there is no visible information on the cup, menu, or website explaining that a cup labeled Small is considered a Medium specifically for frappes. This is actually the second time I have experienced this issue. On a previous visit, I ordered a Large Frappe, but it was given to me in what appeared to be a Medium-sized cup. At the time, I assumed it was simply a mistake by the employee, so I decided to let it go. However, when I returned this time, I specifically brought up the issue because I did not want the same thing to happen again. Instead of being told that it was a mistake, I was told that they intentionally use these smaller cups for frappes and that the cup marked “S” is considered a Medium for that particular drink. That explanation is confusing and does not make sense from a customer's perspective. I also checked the McDonald’s website, and it clearly shows that frappes are offered in three different sizes: Small (Pequeño), Medium (Mediano), and Large (Grande). The website also shows different prices depending on the size selected. There is nothing shown in the information provided to customers indicating that a cup labeled “S” is actually considered a Medium when ordering a frappe. For example, the website clearly allows the customer to select Small, Medium, or Large, which creates the reasonable expectation that each size corresponds to a different serving size. If the restaurant uses different physical cups for frappes than for regular beverages, that information should be clearly disclosed to customers. My concern is not simply that I expected a larger cup. My concern is that I paid for a specific size, while the cup I received is clearly labeled as a smaller size, and there is no clear explanation of this difference when placing the order. I believe customers should be able to understand exactly what size they are purchasing and receive the corresponding serving size. It is misleading to charge a customer for a Medium or Large while providing a cup that is visibly labeled as a smaller size without clearly explaining the policy beforehand. I am attaching the following documentation: A photo of the cup I received, clearly marked “S.” My receipt showing that I was charged $4.50 for a Medium Mocha Frappe. Screenshots from the McDonald’s website showing that frappes are offered in Small, Medium, and Large sizes, with different prices. I would appreciate it if management could review this situation and clarify: What is the actual serving size of a Small, Medium, and Large frappe? Why is a cup labeled “S” (Small) being used for a Medium frappe? Why is this difference not clearly explained on the menu or website? Why was I previously given what appeared to be a Medium-sized cup when I ordered a Large? I am requesting that this practice be reviewed to ensure that customers are clearly informed about the sizes they are paying for and receive the appropriate serving size. Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint. I look forward to receiving clarification regarding this issue.....
