  I tell ya - some people really don't need to be working in customer service. Today Sunday 5/17 around 12:45pm CST, I encountered this big black lady at that location, who was extremely rude and condescending just bcuz I asked her for a cookie for my son, since we used the mobile app to place the order. Simple as that, but she just couldn't handle the fact that I went back inside and asked for that cookie. I told her she needs a new job. Customer service is not her cup-a-tea

  The cashier was laughing because I asked for my eight cents and the only reason why I asked for them back is because when I was originally trying to pay, I didn’t have two pennies so I gave her a quarter and she wanted to keep my eight cents instead Of giving me the correct change back I wouldn’t have said anything if she would’ve just gave me two pennies, but I guess that left the sour taste in her mouth because when I went back to order coffee, They gave me a water down iced coffee.

  Never have i ever been thru this drive thru late at night by far the worst service EVER manager was very unprofessional location is obviously understaffed, which this manager apparently cannot handle the stress. Waiting at window for order to even get taken, moved to first window cashier IGNORED for 5 mins (no other cars were behind us, cashier looked to be on her phone looking down actually not too sure) decided i should move to 2nd window to pay since no one was trying to cash us out at 1st window then got asked to go back around to pay at the first. Asked for them to use my apple pay they said they couldnt take it, manager then got aggitated immediately started to yell through the window at me. Would add video but manager was using alot of profanity do not want this to get taken down.

  I ordered a basket of fresh fries. When I got to drive thru window girl gave me my fries and when I checked them they looked brownish not fresh! When I asked if they were fresh dropped fries she said yes and I told her they didn't look fresh, that they were brown. She said, they're fresh then slammed the drive thru window!!! When I got home and ate them they were not fresh! They tasted disgusting! All dried out and no salt! When I called manager she just said she'd talk to the drive thru girl but she NEVER offered me new fries that were cooked right! I just had to throw away a basket of fries that tasted disgusting!!! This McDonald's was off Babcock and Prue. They mess up a lot on our orders! Next time I will drive a little further to a different McDonald's to get better food and service!!!

  If I could give zero I would. When I pulled up no one answered at the drive thru, I had to keep saying hello. Until someone answered. There was a long line of people who ordered and left because the wait was SO long, at least 5 cars. They couldn’t even take my order so I asked to speak to a “manager” I wouldn’t call her a manager her unwillingness to help was very obvious she instead tried to blame me apparently for being drunk? Which I was not. Even though I was just trying to place an order she threatened to call the cops on me for what? I’m not sure. This lady is not capable of doing her job and is lazy. Whoever she is she needs to be fired and does not act like a manager. I just went across the street and received great service. Don’t know her name but she was ugly with people and so rude I would never come back there again and also called the cops on me for no reason, this is embarrassing for whoever owns this place. She needs to be fired……
