  Employees dont really GAF about wait times. They will pull you aside and 10 mins later you wonder where your food is, only to walk in and find your food was sitting there getting cold. You ask for fresher food and another 15mins go by. The manager is a joke.

  Horrible service! Only ordered a apple pie, waited 14 and finally waved someone down to complete the order! ABSOLUTELY POOR customer service!

  This is the most unorganized McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Plan to wait at least 15+ mins every single time for something. What’s the point of mobile ordering if I’m gonna be sitting here watching over 10 cars came and go from the drive thru??

  Go to any McDonald's in the area other than this one. Got there at 8:30 in the morning. Literally no one in the restaurant and I had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. The manager was outside talking on her phone. The staff was in the kitchen talking on their phones, the staff was able to place their order and get their food. While I was still waiting for my food. The food wasn't good either. I really would recommend not going to this location. Pick a different one

  Who doesn’t like some greasy fast food chain!? Up till recently the service has not been great. We’re always missing food when we go through the drive through or do a mobile order. Not to mention the whole point of making a mobile order is to get to the restaurant and the food be ready so you needed to deal with minimal lines yet every time we make a mobile order or just order at the drive through we are told to park into a curbside spot and our food will be right out. I can’t tell y’all how often they do this when they aren’t even busy. The worst part is the food is NEVER fresh or hot and a few times I had to call because I was waiting for almost an hour on my food because they had forgot me? I’d recommend going during daylight hours night crew seems to have given up. Not to mention the kids they hire ugh had a couple of brats start laughing at my mom for coming back and complaining that our order was indeed wrong and they just started laugh right in front of us. They were dealt with accordingly but yesh the McDonald is really getting bad.
