  I work at McDonald's.I love where I work but today , I got out , and I realized I wanted a mango refresher , I was too far away to go back to where I work , so I decided to go to this one for the mango refresher , if you get a large , it's 2 scoops on the app, I put no ice and I paid for extra i saw her do my order.She did not follow correct steps to do my order.And she did not put the extra boba i didn't tell her about the steps , but I did inform her about the extra boba because I really like it and I paid for it when I told her if she could put extra , she said she did , I told her that for the large it is two scoops , and she only put two scoops and she said that it was only one , and I informed her that it's only 1 for a small and a medium she said , okay ,closed the window and she checked her book and I sat in my car for 5 minutes , she never came back and she was a manager

  I know I can get my daughter something yummy and quick just to hold her until dinner or so. Even the Dr. Pepper taste so refreshing 🤤

  I went in this morning at 5:25 for breakfast and ordered the four dollar sausage biscuit meal and just to have it ring up $4.39+ tax. With tax that came out to 475. All of the food was hard feels like it’s been overcooked and was not pleasant whatsoever. Most of it went right in the trash. Except for the centerpiece of the biscuit. Is the moral of the story here to be don’t go to McDonald’s early in the morning if you want good food even if they’re open?

  For some reason this McDonald's ALWAYS has terrible food and the longest wait regardless of the size of the line. The customer service is good here however the good quality is terrible and they take forever. The cheeseburger I got from them tasted old and wasn't even assembled properly, top bun hasn't even lined up with the bottom, burgers pattie was overcooked and hard, cheese was glued to the the pattie and the bin was hard. I ask for sweet tea with extra ice yet they only put a few cubes on top and didn't even fill the cup up with tea. How hard is it to get an order of only a sweet tea correct. They are friendly and provide good service, they just won't get your order right and the quality will be lack luster

  2 stars for the reason That they rarely ever get My food right , This time I ordered and everything Was correct for the first time, The food was warm Even though it was a long wait due to Bieng a lot of people in drive thru and only one - 2 people in kitchen. I use to have it at 1 star but With the order of tonight it whent up 1 star. Although the nuggets where old and Hard. I past By For food, I gave told the lady in the Drive thru No salt On all my food they Did Do it, they got the food right and it was all fresh Bit come on The fries are half empty and they Have salt. 😒. If you put the fries together it just Makes on medium fries. I come to this McDonald's because it is the closest one to my house.
