  The person taking the order barely spoke English. She clearly did not understand English. Our order what's wrong. She insisted that she was correct and overcharged us. I would not recommend this location.

  The location is terrible, drive thru and parking. The person taking the order was friendly but it’s 6pm and they are out of apple pies. I was told they just sold last one but again it’s 6pm, parking lot is full, drive thru is totally full, okay you sold the last one but do you not have more being made???. I was 4 cars back and the line behind me went all the way to 1604 frontage road. Then try to order a Coke to drink….and they’re out. ?!?!? I get pulled forward to wait for my order. I don’t wait too long but I do make sure and ask if all my food was there because I ordered a good amount and am handed one bag. All I ordered definitely shouldn’t fit in one bag. The person says I have it all, so typically this is when you drive off. Sadly I made that mistake too many times only to get home and NOT have all my food or my food NOT be made right. So we checked. And as I guessed… food is missing. I go through the drive thru because I am tired. And lazy, if I have the opportunity to…yep I sure am gonna be lazy. I sat in a very long line. Was pulled forward to wait longer. All to be as lazy as possible. So please explain to me why after all that, I still have to get my lazy self off my car to go back in and get the missing food. Then I get ignored because they’re all talking at drive through and nobody is really paying attention to the front counter. While they were out of coke and apple pies and then didn’t give me all my food, it wasn’t a terrible visit. Food came out quick. They really got the line moving, I wasn’t there to terribly long and it was very very long. And the people I talked to were decent so that was nice.

  This is the slowest service at this "fast food" franchise that ever received, I ordered a simple quarter pounder on drive thru, I got the the window after placing the order and they took around 5 minutes before they asked me to go to a next window, I waited there for over 15 minutes until I had to get off my vehicle and claim my order inside, when I did this manager asked where was my order I heard the lady answer thayvsebjsd told me to wait for 15 minutes which she never did, even after this they toke other 12 to 15 minutes to hand my order. Not recommended a all if you are in a hurry.

  Ordered from Kiosk and it took a long time for the food to get ready. Service can be better and I think atmosphere too. The place needs to more bright and colourful maintaining the McDonald's standard protocol. Maybe I should have opted for drive through.

  I’ve never felt the need to write a review until now. I waited for twenty minutes after paying until they finally opened the window again, only to find out they never even noticed I was there and had given my food to the people in front. They quickly made my food and didn’t even bother apologizing, throwing a complimentary ANYTHING, or even giving the sauce that I asked for. It’s actually so frustrating that I couldn’t even get a fake “sorry” before she shut the window again.
