  I need to formally report an employee interaction that has now happened twice. During my visit this evening, the cashier shouted my name aggressively, handed me my change with an attitude, and slammed the window while I was still speaking. This behavior felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Since this is the second incident, I no longer feel comfortable being served by this employee and expect management to take this matter seriously. I would appreciate follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed moving forward. She is the one with dark black hair looks miserable pregnant pobrecita she obviously doesn’t like working for you guys! If this is not addressed. I’m going to take this to the news this McDonalds has the most disgusting customer service ever and the wait over 30 mins porfavor.

  They suck! They take forever with ALL of the orders even if you did an order before ahead of time your still there waiting longer then 20+ minutes that is not included in the time it takes for them to even attend to you! No one tryes to help you either. SMH

  Uber keeps sending me here saying. They are 24 hours. Always closed when I show up. Ridiculous. Its been over a year. Someone owes me money for wasting all my resources. Made multiple reports for over a year and NOTHING ever gets done about it. Super upset! Get it together!

  I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I waited 25 minutes for a simple order (cheeseburger, 6-piece, and 4-piece nuggets) after placing a curbside pickup. It wasn’t busy, so there’s really no excuse for that kind of delay. I eventually went inside and saw an employee bagging food at a very slow pace, even though the screen wasn’t full. What stood out more was the lack of basic customer service — three different employees walked past me at the counter without acknowledging me or asking if I needed help. On top of that, the environment felt completely unprofessional. There were people outside smoking, and even shirtless individuals using the windows as mirrors to shave. It made the whole place feel uncomfortable and poorly managed. This location seriously needs better organization, customer service, and overall supervision.

  Waited 13 minutes just to order then another 15 minutes to get my order small order at that I asked politely why did my order take 30 minutes she said because of short staff. The whole time I saw two off them on there phone but don’t they let people know before they order it will be a 30+ minutes to get an order the rude little girl said I could go to any another fast food. Place and closed the window I took her picture so the owner can fire her himself / herself as she is turning customers to other restaurants is bad for business. Sharing this with friends and families do not go to this location on Woodlawn and Bandera rd.
