- BSBeatrice Su'e6 days ago1.0Spent over $50 at this McDonald’s drive-thru and specifically requested that everything be cooked to order. I clearly told the staff I didn’t mind waiting because I wanted fresh food. After waiting almost 30 minutes, I received food that was old, cold, and definitely not cooked to order. On top of that, my order was missing a large fry and a large cup of ice. If customers are paying for their food, then please do what the customer requested. The customers are paying for the food, not the workers. Please don’t play with people’s food and money. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service overall.

Recently, I visited this location for breakfast on two different occasions! Wow! The food was hot and fresh. Hash browns were crispy and delicious! English muffins were nice and soft. The service was thorough and courteous and helpful with a suggestion. My husband says consistency sells food. I feel like the old McDonald’s is back! Thank you!❤️

The other thing is if you order through door dash this location isnt ideal for drivers to make money because they have to wait so long. Ask me how I know hahaha. This location needs to do better. Alot better.
