  The GM needs to come and review the surveillance footage of the drive thru at night these workers literally stop taking orders as if they all decided to take a lunch break and shut down . I live on this side of town and constantly have this issue with them ! Please someone come review footage rather then take the manager on duty’s word. Insane wait time of about 20 minutes before they decided to start taking orders

  Every morning it’s the same damn thing, management should put those kids to work, I was there 30 min waiting on my order and the girl was just talking and cleaning the counter which there was nothing on it and our food was on the counter all 15 min they had me on the window not only mine but 3 other orders this is all management fault, they need better staff and management

  No me pareció bien que apesar de que mi mamá y yo ordenamos un refresco y un helado. Una empleada de aquí le hizo saber a mi mamá que no podía entrar al baño con su bolso personal? Mi mamá ya es una persona de la tercera edad sufre problemas de vejiga a cada rato tenía que ir al baño y es por qué está en tratamiento médico! Por lo tanto mi mamá ocupa de su bolso personal para ir al baño! Muy mal entiendo que está área hay drogadictos y vagabundos. Pero que culpa tenemos nosotras de eso? Que ahora no podemos entrar al baño con bolso personal!Las empleadas de esta locación deberían de ser más consideradas con las personas de la tercera edad! A unas cuadras de aquí está University Health Texas Diabetes Institute.

  Waited so long for my food then was missing food waited even longer for it. The young lady cleaning the play area was rude when a customer was trying to go sit down she didn’t allow her even when customer stated her kids where in the play area! Made me feel like she was rushing us to eat and leave….

  I’m writing this review while still sitting in a curbside pickup spot during my lunch break. I placed my order about three minutes before arriving, and I’ve now been waiting over 13 minutes with no food. I understand it’s a busy time, but my order is just a single Filet-O-Fish meal—not large or complicated. Longer waits would make sense for a big family order, but not for something this simple. I know the drive-thru is often prioritized, but curbside pickup is advertised as a fast and convenient option, and this experience hasn’t reflected that at all.
