  They don’t give people in the lobby their food for like 20 mins but will push out the drive through. If you eat inside they don’t care. The kiosk work but don’t let you pay and they watch you and let you wait at the register a solid 10 mins before they come and help. Manager here is terrible. Ordered at 11:55 from kiosk. Had to wait to pay at register then my food came out at 12:20

  Had to cancel my order and was told If it was processed I wouldn't get my food or a refund place needs new management they stop serving breakfast at 10 just so you know not 10:30

  This McDonalds has done a 180. Manager helped by fixing my fries to fresh ones. Customer service was great

  Ordered online so I would not have to come inside which would wake my napping child. Waited 10 minutes, called to check on the order, and was hung up on. Called again and had to ask twice to check the status of the order. They said it was done and waiting to be taken out. I waited 10 more minutes and went inside, with two children, after checking the status of the order said it was already delivered. Got home and we were missing 2 baskets of fries and had to deal with a screaming child all the way home due to waking him up to go inside.

  The food is good, like zero complaints it’s McDonalds what did you expect, but the team always forgets my 2 extra patties, on the Big Mac :( I’m tryna be a big back. like the 3rd time out of 8 I do that and don’t get the patties. Really at this point it’s on me for not looking before I drive off, it’s just an irk but it’s atleast fast
