A car will pull to the speaker and order, pull atound and when they receive their order, they will take the next cars order. Been sitting here almost 15 minutes. If i hadn't ordered in the app, I would leave. Slowest McDonald's ever!

- SSShawnMay 3, 20261.0This location is currently suffering from a total collapse in operational management. Do not visit this McDonald’s at night. I sat in a gridlocked drive-thru for over 60 minutes for a mobile order that was placed well in advance. While the drive-thru line remained stagnant, I watched as walk-in customers and delivery drivers were prioritized, entering and exiting the lobby with their orders while those of us in the queue were effectively trapped. To make matters worse, after the hour-long wait, the food was inedible—the burgers were completely burnt, a failure I have never encountered at any other McDonald’s location. It is clear that management does not care about their staff or their customers. They are failing to provide their employees with the resources or oversight necessary to handle basic volume. If this franchise cannot manage a late-night shift, they need to close the doors at midnight. Save your time and your money—go elsewhere.

Each visit results in 20-30 minutes in the drive through line and each time my order has been wrong. I use the mobile app so it’s super inconvenient for me to come back to get a refund. Much more worth your time to go a couple exits down I-10 and stop at the McDonald’s on wurzbach way better service
