  40 minutes for a 7 dollar value meal. Also the kiosks weren't printing receipts so you have 4 seconds to memorize your order number before it disappears. On the same note they don't use tents for numbers and so you're told to use your table number but you don't know your table number until you finish ordering and go sit down. Haven't figured out how that helps yet.

  Terrible service they had no soft drinks after after trying to charge me for a meal deal with no soda gave me an overspice burger and soggy fries

  dined in for wifes birthday. Super fast service, order accurate including sauces, and fresh. mobile order didnt work but kiosk did. friendly cashier had ice cream ready less than a minute after I ordered, very impressive! afterwards I realized my car battery was dead, I asked inside, and the manager took time out of his lunch to pull his car around and give me a jump. I'd have given five stars just for that but really everything was just like I remembered from being a kid.

  Now that we have your money, please pull forward and park in one those spots, and wait for 20 minutes for some nuggets and fries while we forget about you and give 5 other cars who came after you their order first. No discounts or make goods for the inconvenience. Please visit our website to leave feedback for us to ignore. My advice for drive through customers. When they ask you to pull forward, reply with "Oh no thank you. They always forget about me when I pull forward. I'm ok with just waiting here at the window. That way it will be harder for guys to forget about me and I don't have to watch 6 cars after me get their orders first. Thanks!"

  This time the girl at the front desk was not helpful and so was rude. I asked for 2 orders to go, she took only one order as I noticed in the bill and told her I asked for two, "two orders to go" and she said "NO !! YOU SAID ONLY ONE" .."IF YOU WANT ANOTHER ONE DO IT THROUGH THE SCREEN MENU !!".... Previously there had been a very helpful and happy black ladies working there....but this time a white girl that looked like she was in a bad mood, bad appearance and rude. I asked for the whole meals but it looks like I got less for my money than other deals. She didn't give me ketchup nor mustard. Disappointed this time. Also, there is Hispanic old lady that works there cleaning....very unfriendly, no smile and no respond when telling her HELLO. ??? Weird
