  Parking cars for drinks is ridiculous. Just to keep your times down doesnt actually reflect service times when you park everyone even if they order ready to go items like a silly drink 🫠 whats the point of the drive through timer if this store just parks everyone to make their timer look good.

  Order was correct. The duration of the wait is typical for the mobile app scene of today, that no fast food place has really mastered yet, but nothing out of the ordinary. I went through the drive through with no problems.

  30 mins to wait for food and I’m still waiting I got stuff I need to do guys I have been going to my donals all my life and never have waited more than 30 mins

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived at the drive-thru, the employee (who I was later told was the manager, Janet) asked if I was using the mobile app. I said yes, but she never asked for the code. After a long pause, she asked again, and when I offered to provide the code, she responded rudely, saying she had been waiting for it, even though it was never requested. The tone and communication were unprofessional from the start. When I got to the window to address the situation, I was told that the manager “doesn’t speak English” and she refused to come to the window. However, she was clearly able to communicate earlier over the intercom. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. If you’re in a customer-facing role, especially as a manager, basic communication and professionalism should be expected. This experience left a very poor impression.
