  I waited for 20 mins to get a coffee only. Worst place to go and grab a coffee. There was only one lady for the dine in customers. This place needs more stuff at rush hours.

  Used a deal on the app, waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time with only 2 cars in front of me. It was such a ridiculous amount of time that after about 25 min of waiting apparently my offer i had ordered and already paid for had somehow become invalid because it was now after midnight according to the staff. Sooo because yall took such a long time you now wont honor the deal i already paid for and waited in line for? This is why mcdonalds is losing business, i hadnt been in a while and only decided to stop by for the offer, which was a scam/inconvenience/waste of time. Mcdonalds has lost all my business. Deleting their stupid app and no longer gonna deal with their long wait times... and for NOTHING, literally nothing. Told me they could not make my order. Also this location has rats, i have videoi took of them all on the outside of the building while in the drive thru of this location. Whataburger it is ;)

  The restaurant was dirty and very unprofessional and the workers were not being productive but the manager was able to help us get a refund. So thank you to her but, I felt like we were neglected about our order me and my family had been waiting for an hour and we had ordered beforehand in the drive thru but a customer cut us off so to avoid confrontation we went to the restaurant and the employee's transferred our order to the main restaurant but other people who ordered after us got their food before us which have the feeling of negletion. Thank you for reviewing my review.

  Some workers had bad attitudes, and 5 workers was at the counter. They all walked off while I was sitting in front of them, holding my cup up for a refill.
