Took awhile to get our order but good thing was everything was hot. All McDonalds should have play area for kids.

I find myself getting parked most of the time I go thru drive thru. The kids working their need more training. I watched as they went to each car and handed them the bag just to be given back due to it not being theirs, It was mine I was so mad. But I was tired of waiting. It's hard to find good customer service now days.

The food was great and received my food fast went to get a refill at the counter three associates just passed the register did not acknowledge me the fourth associate finally acknowledged me

Went to the drive thru waited almost 30mins in line bcuz I cudnt get out of line, traffic was backed up or I would have left on a Saturday night during fiesta. Drove up to the 1st window noone said to move forward to 2nd no sign indicating nxt window so I stood there for a moment drove up & I guess Hispanic mgr was at the window & I told her when they closed the 1st window should let customers know, her response was don't tell her how to do her job which I wasnt its called customer service. She decided to slam the window & not serve my meal that I waited 30mins on sadly this mgr has been rude before idk if she is a mgr but her employees thought it was funny that she slammed the window. She also said they were short staffed which I understand but having a better attitude about your job would go a long way. I said if she wasnt happy with her job she shouldn't be working in customer service. Sooo needless to say I drove to walzem to burger boy where the young lady & guy were extremely nice considering how busy they were aswel... you need to have better training in customer service bcuz you will lose alot of customers. Word of mouth gets around very fast when service is horrible. Need to have your staff more professional. When I drove away the line was out the street. Never again would I support this black own business again. Rmbr who is the face of your establishment. Bcuz they are making your business look very bad. Hire friendly ppl who can work when it gets very busy & not get rude & cost you money. Turning a customer away bcuz she cant handle a rush of customers & you directly in front of a Army base smh
