My food was not delivered. I requested a resolution, but they wouldn't provide one; I tried to contact them by phone—they answered, but the moment I started explaining my problem, they hung up on me.

It’s always happens. They make the food all wrong and when you call about it to get it resolved, they continue to make matters worse.
