  I come to this McDonald's about once a week to grab lunch for my family after I visit Home Depot. Today, I got there at 10AM, 30 minutes before lunch started. So I sat in the diner and waited until 10:30AM. I was the first person in line at 10:30AM to complete an order. First, it took 5 minutes for amy employee to notice someone was at the register. The guy took my order but when it was time to pay, the entire POS system was off. Had to wait 5 minutes for it to start-up. After it started up, the POS system was disconnected from the system. 2 different managers came to see the problem until the second one said he had to restart the entire register system. Luckily, my order had gone through to the screens in the back, all I had to do was pay. Had to wait 10 minutes for the entire system to start-up. I paid at about 10:45AM. 2/3 of my order was brought out to the counter shortly after. After 5 minutes of waiting for the rest of my order, I asked a passing employee to check where the rest is. He asked the manager about it and she said she put everything out and check his receipt and bag. It was checked and I was right. He brought out the sandwich and I asked where's the fries and the drink. He had to gi get that. He never gave me my receipt back even though I asked. My order number was 139: 20 piece nuggets and basket of fries, Big Arch burger meal, and spicy chicken sandwich #4 meal. I wish there was another McDonald's nearby because every time I visit this one, something goes wrong. It took over 30 minutes from the moment of ordering to where I received all my food.

  20:41~Staff Literally forgot to place my large Fries in the bag w/ the quarter pounder & Chicken Nuggets. Plus Still gotten charged $18.38 SMH.

  Service is always SO slow and they always forget food from my order. All I needed was my 10 nuggets and they of course forgot them. Go to ANY other mcdonalds.

  I wanted ice cream but they told they didn’t have any cones so they gave me a cup. 30 minutes later I see someone getting getting 3 cones. Lies. “I’m lovin’ it.”? Nah, I’m hatin’ it.
