    Cheyenne consistently provides exceptional customer service every time I visit this McDonald’s. She is always friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has a positive experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. The restaurant is always well-organized, and the service is efficient thanks to her leadership. Managers like Cheyenne truly make a difference, and she is a tremendous asset to this location. Thank you for always creating such a welcoming and enjoyable experience!

    Typical McDonald's food but the girl that took our order at the drive thru didn't know the difference between a plain hamburger and a hamburger with no buns...good thing looked at the order before driving off...

    I arrived around 1:15am for an UberEats order (I’m a delivery driver). The lines were very long and the inside was closed. It was taking an insane amount of time for the lines to move, but line #1 was moving WAY faster than line #2. And guess what line I was in? Line #2. When I get closer to the speaker I find out why line #1 was moving faster. They kept taking orders from line 1 and skipping customers in line 2. This was very upsetting and irritating!!! When I get to the speaker I don’t even get greeted or anything. When she finally comes on the speaker to get my order I still don’t get a greeting. She just straight up asks me if I am using the mobile app. I tell her no that I am picking up an Uber order for someone and give her the name. She tells me to follow the line. It takes me forever to get to the window. When I get to the window I sit there for what felt like 10-15 minutes. By this time I start talking to Uber customer service to let them know what is going on and the frustration I was experiencing. Finally the lady comes to the window and says an order that isn’t even the order I was waiting for. I tell her no that I had the Uber order and she slams the window closed like she’s irritated. I don’t know how or why this order was not already ready! It wasn’t even that big of an order. They had way more than enough time to have the order ready. Minutes pass by and she eventually comes back to the window to tell me to pull forward to the separate window that you wait at when your order is taking a while. It’s the window that’s in the lobby of the restaurant. By this time I’m so so mad and tired. This was my last order and I just wanted to go home BUT I didn’t want to cancel the order and lose out on money, lose points on my uber rating, and leave a customer hungry. I was really trying to keep my cool. Finally the lady brings my order to the window. I tell her that waiting over an hour for an UBER order is ridiculous and as I am talking she slams the window in my face, looks at me and shrugs her shoulders a little, then walks off. I was absolutely livid. I didn’t yell or raise my voice. I talked to her normal!!! This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wish I had gotten her name but she had no name tag on. I just know she was a Hispanic woman. Guess what time I got the order at? 2:37am! OVER an hour! That’s almost an hour and 1/2. I had 1/2 of a quarter tank and ended up on E by the time I left. I did report it to UberEats but I don’t think there was anything they could do on their end. I will also be notifying Corporate about this. And I also will be leaving reviews where I can about this. She should not be taking care of customers. She should be in the back making burgers! They seem to need help back there anyway.

    This location is always on point. Never a wait unless during the busier hours and even then they are on it. Staff is always polite and it's why I hit this location so much.

    Placed a mobile order .. out of 2 things .. one which is sweet tea ... it's not that hard to brew a sweet tea ... the other item was a cone And I quote "we don't have that" I already paid for it.... "No we can't do anything about it except give you a 1.50 cookie"... your cookies are trash I asked if I could come back another day for it... " no we can't do that all I can give you is a cookie" it is 2:02 on a Tuesday night Wednesday morning....
