  The lady at the drive thru window at night has a NASTY ATTITUDE! I didnt get her name bc she pissed me off with her rude attitude but she has tattoos and a face piercing which btw isn't that a safety hazard for a large chain franchise? She was gross and her attitude was definitely gross..

  Manager Hispanic mid age lady very rude and unprofessional. Talking in Spanish about customers rudely and unprofessional. Don't recommend this location

  Horrible service had me waiting for 20 minutes at the order speaker and when I said hello the rude lady said she would be right with me I said I've been here for 20 minutes she aggressively told me to wait because she was under staffed I then witnessed 2 cars that arrived after me get service before me I believe it was Because I said that I was there for 20 minutes so finally I order and pay by this time it's been 35 minutes and she tells me to pull up because she's waiting for the fries I old her no because there's no reason I can wait there she then got all crazy with me talking about I need to move and I said no again by this time I was angry and she told me to move or she wasn't going to give me my food I said then I won't move at all I then turned off my truck and she slammed the window and opened it back up and demanded that I give her back the change from what I had paid with because she was not going to serve me she was going to refund me my money that lady should be fired so rude and unprofessional

  I went to McDonald's for breakfast early on Saturday 5/2/2026 to get something to eat. The cashier had a severe attitude problem making faces then my order was wrong. I couldn't call till I got out of work to let a manager know what had happened. So I called when I got off work and spoke to a manager she told me to come back on Sunday morning and ask for the manager. So I ask for the manager and tell him about the replacement meal I'm supposed to get I but he can't find my name, so no replies meal. What a bad manager can't even apologize and just replace the food. Plus they never have anything no sodas, refreshers , and hot chocolate. Why be 24 hours open if they never have anything.

  I went in at about 3:20 5/1/26 and maria the cashier was very unpleasant, it’s not that she didn’t talk much but because when she would she would give an attitude and at that i had a table order and she put it in a to go bag and did not give the order drinks or sauces I then asked her for the drinks and she ignored me for about a minute and then gave me the cup when i realized the sauces were missing i went and she only gave me one. Also the restaurant reekeed
