  Came by to pick up a 40 piece nugget and 2 large fries that were missing from an order placed on 5/12. I let them know I lived about an hr away when I asked if this was all my food. Epic fail because it wasn't. Didn't notice till I got home and my sons who was celebrating his 16th birthday told me we were missing food. Luckily this was not all I had pick up for him to eat. He chose 3 different places. I picked up from all 3. With this place being the only one to make a mistake. I was told by Bonnie to come by and they would replace the nuggets/fries. Well I did this past Sunday and even ordered an extra burger. Again heading home this time I decided to chow down on my burger with the long drive home. To my surprise the burger was made wrong. The receipt and the paper tag had it shown what remove from the burger. I turned around and spoke to Steve to let him know. Well that was replaced. He tried to make it right asking if I wanted anything else. By this time I was already passed and had my boys in the car waiting. This place seems to have gone down hill.

  Absolutely the slowest service around and they wouldn't even tell me why they were slow. I was the ONLY one in the drive through at 4:50 AM! Only ordered coffee and a sandwich. I sat there just staring at them wondering all around for almost 15 minutes, not a single update. Started my day off horribly, not going to this McDonald's in the morning anymore.

  This is one of the best McDonalds in San Antonio. They are quick and accurate and the people working there are pleasant. I drive right by the McDonalds at Guilbeau to go to this one because of the great service. This McDonalds is the way they all should be.

  I come in every morning for cheap breakfast. It's rare you'll get hot food and fast service dine in wise. They only care about drive-thru so good luck. My breakfast plate was all cold waited 40min. Packed lobby they'll yell to use the kiosks. They'll ignore you all attitude and you woman's. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE SLOW

  Came in today trying to collect all of the Mario Galaxy toys, and Sanayah at the front was the biggest sweetheart. She helped me get one of my missing toys and put it in my Happy Meal. Now I’m down to my last two and hope to come back again. The food was amazing and crispy, and the tables were all decorated with beautiful flowers. Love this place and will always come back here.
