    Went through the drive through and there is a girl at the window named Summer who is always the sweetest most helpful cashier. We have had her 3 times and she is one of the best.

    Literally came here to praise Adrian at pickup window 1 today. Spoke clearly and politely and was very professional! Service was a breath of fresh air. Not just him, but all 3 who served us, thank you!

    Awful service. Ordered food on the kiosk and grabbed a number. They never called our number, just set the tray at the pick up counter. I get it if you’re lazy and don’t feel like bringing me my food but have the decency to at least call my number so I can go get it while it’s warm. I worked at McDonald’s for years. Sorry if you hate it. It’s not the customers fault that you hate it. I paid $12 for my meal you could be kind. Imagine you go out to eat and spend hard earned money to just be treated like you’re annoying them. They forgot to give me my cup so I asked for one and he rolled his eyes and huffed. I’m sorry?? Again, if you hate it I’m sorry but that’s not my fault.

    Workers are incompetent and did not know what items were and were not available on the menu. Then they only brought us part of our bundle up, which only included only the 4 cheeseburgers and the 20pc nugget meal (they didn’t have the basket of fries or my child’s dirty soda that he ordered). And they brought out the 6pc happy meal along with our partial bundle up meal. The worker stated the rest of our order would come out later. We waited awhile before my child went up to the register to ask where his drink was and the worker asked to verify with the receipt because she said that usually when the food is brought out, the drink is waiting on the counter for it too, which I told her we didn’t receive and nor did we receive the rest of our order which was another 20pc nugget with a basket of fries and another basket of fries for the order they brought out initially. She finally handed us the bag and when I checked we were still missing one more basket of fries which went with the bundle up order. She looked at me like I was lying. I told her that they never brought it and that she can go take a look at our table so she could verify, which of course she didn’t! The manager on duty was Julia. Julia, you need to have a talk with your staff on how to treat and talk to paying customers and your staff needs to be knowledgable about what you offer and what you do not offer on your menu. Highly disappointed and will not be eating here EVER again!

    Five stars for atmosphere, because it was delivered to my home, via UBER. The Uber guy was very nice, or I might be dead from a heart attack. THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT MY ONE BREAKFAST SANDWICH, & I ordered $20 worth, to get it, so they stole my time & consideration, trying to find $20 worth of things that I wanted. Julianna was Very nice, & said I could come get one, but my car is in the shop, so God only knows when that will be. (Freedom Chevrolet still has it being diagnosed, so it may be quite awhile. They received it Monday morning, & today is Thursday.) IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR, YOU MIGHT WANT TO RETHINK THIS PLACE. In their defense, if I hadn't ordered a bagel, as well, they probably would've seen that I didn't get it. ANOTHER PROBLEM: If you're a coffee drinker, you probably know that UBER only allows you to add cream at McDonald's, as far as I can tell. I don't know why the other stores, like Las Palapas, don't complain massively about that. It's denying them a lot of customers. I ASKED FOR THREE, & ONLY RECEIVED ONE IN MY COFFEE. I stress the "in my coffee" part, because I received NO CREAM for my oatmeal. Other than SLOPPY BAGGERS, everything was fine.
