  I would like to thank this location for Finally helping me decide to not frequent Macdonald's again. Just like other commentors I was asked to pull forward, and having had to wait quite a long time in the past only to get my order barely warm I asked how long would the wait be..... I felt like I committed a cardinal sin, I did pull forward and when the food arrived it was nice and warm but the 1/4 pounder was so very loaded with PEPPER and fries over loaded with salt it only made me pause.......I felt the order was intentionally over seasoned and in hind sight I hope that's the only thing wrong with the food., I have officially stopped ordering from this establishment and others and I thank this particular establishment for helping me save tons of $$ by not eating out.... well done, thank you.

  I come here because it’s close to my home but I’m going to start driving the extra mile and get my food at another location. The customer service at this location is always unprofessional and plain rude.

  I just came through drive through. Ticket 1346 I believe, I got a kids meal & a coke. And FIRST OF ALL, the old lady giving the food out had the audacity to tell me "Next time you need to pay" after I asked for extra ranch (x2) for my son. I ordered a 6 pcs... 2 ranch is not going to kill anyone, and last time I checked you didn't ring me up????? why not ring me up if it cost? ... SECOND OF ALL, you are definitely not going to tell me I need to pay next time when you didn't even put ranch in the box when I asked..... it was on the ticket..... ANYWHO, I cannot help simple minded, uneducated people. Mcdonalds managers off Austin Hwy.. please tell your workers to watch the way they talk to people because it's not that serious for 2 ranch.. Yall workers don't get paid enough to have all that attitude..

  Shout out to Maurice first window! Super nice and helpful...we had a little laugh about me trying a McFlurry for the first time in almost 40 years...after coming right back from a Big Mac....he just Said me toooooo you'll love it! He was an absolute delight tonight....please recognize the good ones..lucky to have him!!
