  Came with a toddler. This location is NOT toddler friendly. Play Place is only for kids four and up. Toy in Happy Meal for three and up with NO toddler toy. Staff was not pleasant when denying my request for a toddler toy.

  Terrible customer service at the drive-through on 4/2/26 around 8 AM. When I asked for the employee’s name, she refused to provide it. I was trying to place an order and had misunderstood some details on the app—but that wasn’t the real issue. The problem was the lack of basic customer service. The employee made no effort to understand the situation or help resolve it, and her tone was unnecessarily rude. As someone who works in customer service myself, I would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to today. I understand this is a large company and reviews may go unnoticed, but experiences like this matter. I was simply trying to get breakfast for my son before school, and instead left feeling frustrated and disappointed. This location lost my business today. Went to circle k GAS STATION got a quick sandwich and better customer service.
