  I’ve been to this McDonald at least 5-6 times over the last year. This is by far the worse McDonalds I’ve seen in TX/San Antonio. I’ve been parked every single time with a wait time of at lease 5 minutes and the longest of 20 minutes. Orders are almost always the same 2-4 burgers, fries and some nuggets. They don’t care how long you wait and if you go in there to ask what the hold up is they act like you’re the problem. If you don’t have to stop here don’t, go to one of the other fast food restaurants near by that are actually fast. The owners should have their franchise license revoked since they don’t seem to be fixing anything.

  Employees high on the job you can smell it in the restroom as I'm using it. I'm smelling Marijuana vapes and I know my adult sons use them. I will be reporting to the district manager or store manager. What if children were in the restroom inhaling it, The employees don't really want to work: just lazy: food orders given to other people probably the workers friends. All the sauces are always out this food place is going to go out of business. Workers in dirty uniforms working around food is nasty

  this location is just sad .the last time we went every single table in the place was dirty and we had to ask someone to wipe the table down and when the worker finally did, they only wiped our table not the rest of the entire dirty tables….like who does that . so be it. today (5/4) me and husband went in and it was full of high school kids so i was assuming oh perfect that means fast service and most likely fresh food since the place was packed . WRONG. we ordered dine in (at the kiosk because there is no cashier ) and grabbed a (dirty table). apparently this location has this system where they sit your food on this shelf and call your number and walk off so anyone can come and take anyone’s order . well since our food was DINE IN, we assumed someone would walk our food out like they did a few weeks ago. nope. after 5 minutes i went up there and our food was packed up to go and sitting on the shelf for no telling how long . it was stone cold, fries were hard, no condiments in bag… i just got a refund and told my husband we are never coming back to this location. we went across the road to in and out . like cmon . workers taking no pride in their job, dining room gross and a mess, managers not even caring about refunds or even trying to rectify the situation just was like ehh whatever , like you guys get paid to do your job.

  It's 2:51 a.m. on May 2nd. Took 25 mins through the drive through just to tell me the coffee machine is in cleaning mode

  @5:24am I waited in line for approx 20 minutes for a simple breakfast meal with only one person ahead of me. Not only that, this specific location loves to upcharge any moment they get. I ordered a coffee with a breakfast meal and received an upcharge. That should be the drink that is customary with the breakfast, not an upcharge. I have more to say but not much will change and my patience is thin. I will leave on the note that I will start getting breakfast elsewhere in the morning.
