  While dining with my family during our trip, we received great service from the staff overall. However, we overheard the manager, Desiree, speak very rudely and loudly to two young employees about forgetting to clock out for their break. As someone who has managed a restaurant myself, I understand mistakes happen — and the girls had literally just sat down. They hadn’t been gone 10, 15, or 30 minutes. The tone and way the situation was handled felt completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly uncomfortable for guests to overhear while dining. There are far better ways to address employees while still maintaining professionalism and respect.

  Had a Doordash order and and I was missing a burger. When I called the restaurant it took "Forever" for someone to answer the phone! Then a rude girl did not understand my issue! She hung up on me. So when I called again, she answered and I asked to speak with a Manger. When I alerted him of the situation, he said it was a Doordash mistake! I was confused. I let him know that "You" left out an item"! He continued to say that it was "Doordash's" mistake." I can here him and the previous employee talking loud when I tried to explain that the bag was sealed and literally had nothing to do with the driver! There was an item misses that I paid for, and I was yelled at! When I tried to explain again that "they' forgot an item, he kept saying it was a "Doordash" problem! I told him that there was no possible way, as you bag the food and the cliental receives it!. You all bag the food! He said, "No". Then hung up on me. Tried calling back, to literally no answer.

  Every time I put in an order here it takes over 20 minutes to get it the food is old and the customer service is just horrible these people choose their jobs and then act like we're a problem when we try to get service

  Usually my favorite place but they’ve messed my food up the last few times, I’ve payed for items I haven’t received and I’m only giving 5 starts sooo people actually seee my comment!!! McDonalds do better please, you’ve taken my money but haven’t given me what I paid for
