  Una basura de servicio hoy julio 6 del 2026 me atendieron muy mal pedí los mccridpy strip y me dan nugues luego de esperar por mucho tiempo en la ventana tuve que entrar y aún viéndome parado hay me atienden cuando quieren es una basura de personal

  25 minute wait time at 12:46am. If I hadn't ordered through the app I would of left. Waste of time look elsewhere for "Fast" food.

  Since when do you have to pay for a water cup when you buy a meal. We got 20 piece McNuggets with a basket of fries and was told that we would have to buy a cup just for water. This is the ONLY McDonald’s that I’ve been to where they charge you for a small cup for water. Not to mention they barely gave us enough fries for the basket. Didn’t know I was buying a large fry for the price of a basket. Ridiculous.

  If I could give this place a zero I would. This is the slowest McDonald’s on the south side. I’m ALWAYS being parked when I arrive in the drive thru. I utilize the mobile order/pick up option and never fails, I get parked. This location is very unorganized and very unprofessional!

  Every time I go get a large vanilla cone, I’ve gotten melted small cones and 1/2 the size. I’ve asked to have them remake it, and I was given attitude. They’re making horrible, small vanilla cones. They’re not even large. So disappointing
