The fries were not fresh and extremely salty. My chocolate shake was vanilla.

The place feels like a modern prison commissary. I will never go in their again it's very cold and uncomfortable feeling.

The star ratings on Google are not lying, just type in McDonald's and scroll down the list in this area. This location has the lowest star average of them all for multiple reasons. This location is the slowest and most error-prone in this area. There are about 6 other McDonald's in about a 5 mile radius around this one and this one is consistently the worst. Go to any of those other 6, they are fine. This one is the closest to me and I still go out of my way to go to a different McDonald's. Be prepared to wait for your order almost as long as you would at a sit down restaurant. Make sure you do their job for them and check your order for accuracy when you get it. The parking lot is big enough so that the drive-thru waiting spots are all out of sight for the employees, so if they take your order out to you and run back into the building, and you are missing items, you have to park in front and go back into the store where of course nobody is at the register. I have given this location multiple chances (it's the closest to me and I really wanted it to work out), but I've been disappointed almost every time. Other locations in the area have their moments too, but this location is consistently bad. Also for such a big building, it has no playground, and it is extremely bleak and boring inside.

Steer clear. Long wait times, had to go inside despite the app saying someone would bring our food out to us, and absolutely was not for fresh food. This place has gotten worse and worse over time. Will not be coming back Edit: My wife contacted them about the ultra poor quality food we received. They gave us what equated to 5 cheese burgers, 5 drinks and 4 happy meals. At least the food was hot this time, if no where near what we ordered the first time.

When its busy please tell your younger staff that people can actually see them conversation amd joking around. 3 of them had a full blown funny conversation while a line of 5 people were waiting. Not professional at all. Ps might as well bring back the fountain drinks cause I can fill it myself faster then getting a staff members attention
