  even if you place your order online to save time you won’t!! literally waited 20 minutes waiting for my food i ordered 15 minutes before getting there. this location sucks sucks. whole team sucks

  I used to go to get breakfast there but I stop going because they have horrible customer service! a few months later decided to give them another chance and still nothing has changed.

  6/20/26 Just ordered on the app for drive thru pickup. I got my reciept, then next window my drinks. Girl tells me there is a 4min wait on one of my meals, to pull to reserve spot 1 even though I already ordered ahead of time. I sit and wait patiently as cars behind me get their food and drive off. My kids are already restless and all the ice in our drinks had melted. I then stop an employee that handed off a different customers order behind me. I ask can he check on my order, and he says yes, but never updates me. Reciept shows 2:56pm, got food at 3:25pm only because I called the store and spoke with a manager. Manager got it fixed and upsized my fries, for a 30 minute wait. What is the purpose of ordering on the app, if no one cares about your order?

  Ordered three sausage biscuits. The biscuits were either very stale or very over cooked. My wife brought it to Alfredos attention and even tho we already ate most of them, Alfredo made us new ones too take home. He made the entire visit enjoyable. Excellent customer service from him. Nice clean store too. We will return
