  6pm on a Monday. The crowd here is getting uneasy. Ordered online 20 minutes ago. Have not seen any food expedited and people just keep walking in. I’m getting anxiety from all these people standing around. I don’t want to wat here bad enough to wait until 25 minutes.

  Yesterday, between 130-230pm, I stopped by your McDonald’s to pick up a quarter pounder with cheese meal - no onions. When I drove around to pick up my meal, I confirmed with the girl who gave me my meal that I wanted no onions . The person giving me my meal (a young girl with dark hair wearing a loose pony tail and wearing dark rimmed glasses) smiling said, yes! No onions. The hamburger had a stamp on the package that said NO ONIONS. When I opened the burger, it was a large patty, on a small bun, full of onions. Nothing else on the burger. Just onions! What a joke. I didn’t have time to go back as I had another appointment to get to but wow! I won’t be going back there anymore. Too bad your team treats customers with complete disregard ON PURPOSE!

  Idk. This visit today was my the best mcdy visit ever. Can I upsize my meal deal drink... yes. Can I get big mac sauce... we out but we can get it from the gun. Wish I didnt live 250miles away.

  The only positive thing at this location is the General manager Meredith... If she is not working then there's a line around the corner with food that's wrong our food is always wrong when she is not here I order and it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get my food it's crazy it's too crazy. It took somebody almost 30 minutes to just take my money it is insane

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be addressed because what happened at this McDonald’s was completely unprofessional. On August 3, 2026, my mother was ordering through the drive-thru when someone on the other side of the microphone started making farting noises while she was trying to order. This was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate. We were literally just trying to place an order, and there was absolutely no reason for an employee to behave that way toward a customer. We later found out that the employee responsible was Elson, along with another young female employee who was involved. We asked to speak with the manager because we wanted someone in charge to be aware of what happened. Unfortunately, the manager seemed to blow us off instead of actually listening to our concerns. He said that something would be done, but the way he handled the situation made it feel like he wasn't taking us seriously at all. What makes this even more frustrating is that the drive-thru microphones are connected, so the manager should have been able to hear what was happening. If he could hear it, then why was nothing done until we complained? I understand employees joke around with each other, but making farting noises through the drive-thru microphone while a customer is actively ordering is not appropriate customer service. We shouldn't have to deal with employees making inappropriate noises at us while we're simply trying to order food. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble for no reason, but I do expect employees to be respectful toward customers and management to actually listen when a customer brings something like this to their attention. This happened on August 3, 2026, and I hope management actually looks into what happened and takes the complaint seriously. Customers deserve basic respect, and this experience was completely unacceptable.
