  It took 24 mins to get my two drinks ordered bc I was paying cash, wait, wait more, wait more and be told the ice cream machine isn't working, so then took while to get reimbursed for one drink and was shortened 2 pennies after I paid full amount. annoyed. The service was fine, but seriously took me 24 mins to get a small Mc frappe drink. Kinda ridiculous. Annoyed

  Don't waste your time, not worth the time, money, or gas to make it there. I live under 5 min away and I still wounds consider this location when I need food. Had to wait over 15 godamn minutesin curbside pickup for a soda they pull from the fountain. Had to PHYSICALLY go inside to ask for my drink, now with no ice since it all melted and the register person acted like IM the problem. I tried giving this location a shot but every time I'm there it takes forever to get my food out, no matter if it's drive through, dine in, or curbside, every visit I'm met with disdain and animosity from the staff. 0/5 if I could.

  It’s probably been open about 2 months and nothing but problems. First, they take forever and when you finally get your good it isn’t made correctly or it’s cold! Two, they have been closed in the middle of the day due to systems down. And then last but not least, sorry we can make that the equipment is down!!! I wanted an ice cream cone, no the machine is down. I wanted a cappuccino, no, the machine is down. Okay, so I settled for an iced cold coffee. It took 20 minutes for them to make it. The gentleman in front of me, it took them 30 minutes to make his drinks, and then the lady through the drive-thru was waiting over 20 minutes for a couple of kids meals. She came in and got her refund. I couldn’t get a refund because I used my points to buy this item and when they gave me the coffee, it wasn’t even good. It sucked.

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered curbside thinking it would be a quick and convenient option, but I ended up waiting 20 minutes after I had already arrived. What made it even more frustrating was that there was no line in the drive-thru, and the restaurant didn't appear busy at all. When someone finally brought my order out, there was no greeting, no apology for the wait, and not even a word spoken. They simply handed me my drink and food and walked away. I understand that delays happen, but 20 minutes for a curbside order when the restaurant isn't busy, combined with zero customer service, is unacceptable. Thanks, McDonald's, for wasting the majority of my lunch break.

  Honestly, one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The service was terrible, the employees acted like they didn’t want to be there, and my food came out cold like it had been sitting there for an hour. My order was also messed up, and when I tried to get it fixed, nobody seemed to care. I waited forever just to receive the wrong food. The fries were soggy, the burger was barely warm, and the whole place felt poorly managed. For a fast-food restaurant, you’d think getting a simple order right wouldn’t be so difficult. Definitely not coming back to this location anytime soon. Save your time and go somewhere else.
