  Very long curveside wait, almost 30 min, i had to go inside for my food, i dont see the point on curveside if its very long wait and i have to get out to get the food

  Horrible McDonald’s, rude customer service, the kid at the register asked me if “this was a quarter “ as she’s giving me my change horrible place . I asked for an extra ketchup she said we don’t have none . Hu ketchup? As I see them giving ketchup in other bags ????

  Today at about 130pm stopped in to order a meal stood at the counter for 15 minutes the male manager kept looking at me standing there and had no employee come over to assist. 5 employees and a manager just standing there speaking Spanish and ignoring customers in the lobby. Then one of the employees saw a family member come in after me and assisted them with free food......hey Mr McDonald's u need to start auditing these restaurants and find out what kind of employees u r hiring. I will bet u r losing alot of money at this location. NEVER AGAIN. I finally walked out and will not go back.

  The manager or team lead short w a nasty attitude is the type to deny a homeless or kid of a water cup and think she’s on her boss girl era that deserves a promotion. Quick yes bc they miss items, just because you have an attitude doesn’t mean you can run a business correctly
