  Absolutely ridiculous!!! We ordered for Dine In at 10:33 AM. We waited inside the lobby to get our order with 2 kids for over 30 minutes!! Never once got our drinks or food. We ended up asking for a refund and all they could say was that they were busy and SHOULD HAVE STOPPED SERVIING BREAKFAST AT A CERTAIN TIME. I asked what time that was and the manager said 11. We ordered at 10:33 AM!! They obviously prioritize drive thru and door dash orders. Horrible service! Refunded at 11:10 AM.

  This morning I stopped in at 09:57 to buy two sausages and biscuits and a senior coffee. The cashier were wiping out carry out trays and having a conversation with a male customer waiting for his order. I asked will she take my order and she said I will be with you in a few minutes. So I said well I will come back tomorrow and she said i told you I will be there in a few minutes. 10;03 she took my order fo $4.32. I gave $20.00, then she took the $15.68 and slammed it on the counter and walked away. I don’t normally stop at that McDonald and never will ever stop there again. When I leave the base I normally stop at the valley high or military drive. I am a 100% disabled veteran. I am christened so when I arrive home I asked God to forgive me getting angry about that situation. But you can rest assure that I will never stop at that place again

  Did not add the caramel drizzle or whipped cream that I paid extra for but my favorite part was this coming up through the straw. I almost drank whatever this is, thankfully I noticed right away and spit it out. So grossed out, it’ll be awhile before I can look at iced coffee the same!

  Why is this McDonald's always so slow? I made an order through the app, drove up there and still waited forever. When I went to question the manager she assumed I was a delivery driver because I was asking about my order on an app, which was the McDonald's app. Then only explanation for my order taking so long was that they were short-handed. I ask three times how can I cancel my order in the McDonald's app or at the store and she just stood there silent like a kid. Still charged me by the way. Anyone else have as much issues with the store as I do? Seems like they prioritize the drive through over everything else. Management there is the worst.

  Im shocked but in a good way! Been trying to find a decent McDonalds for the past few months as the many I have visited before gave me cold and old food with items missing from my bag 90% of the time with waits over 15 mins! NOT here at this location ordered on the app from the parking lot went inside to dine in and in less than 5 mins my food was ready. I received All of my order the first time NO mistakes! The food/coffee was hot and fresh! I had to pinch myself because I had not had incredible service from a McDonalds in such a long time! Well done to the team at this location 👏 keep doing whatever it is you're doing. I finally found my next McDonalds home!
