    My family and I stopped at this McDonald's after spending a long, emotional day at the funeral home for my boyfriend's father. We had just attended the rosary and were ordering food for several people in the car, so our order was understandably a little large and took a bit longer than usual. From the beginning of the order, the employee repeatedly sighed in frustration. I apologized several times, saying, "I'm sorry, there are just a couple more things," and explained that I was asking everyone in the car what they wanted so I could place the entire order at once. Despite my apologies and explanation, the employee continued to sigh and made me feel like we were an inconvenience. I understand that working in fast food can be stressful and that large orders can be frustrating. However, customer service requires professionalism and patience, especially when customers are being polite and respectful. You never know what someone is going through. In our case, we had just left a funeral service and were simply trying to get food for our grieving family. A little kindness, patience, and empathy can make a huge difference. I hope management reminds employees that professionalism isn't just about taking orders—it's also about treating every customer with respect, regardless of the size of their order.

    When you call the managers are rude I am so nice and ask a question and say thank you so much they just click and hang up in your face everytime . Please have a talk with the managers about customer service and being nice . I’ll edit my review once they are nicer

    They are quick… Well some times! Food could be good but they just throw it in your bag or take no time in wrapping it to make it look presentable! Where’s the managers 🙄

    I've been to this McDonald's a bunch of times. They had this deal where you could get two frappés of any size for $2.30. I'd used that deal before, and apparently, the medium frappe is now a SMALL SIZE. For this to be considered a medium in America, it's just not right. I talked to the staff about it, and they said, "Yeah, uh, sorry. This is the new size." No way.
