  They have Texas organic ice tea! The Italian sausage had a little kick to it 👌🏻 the dough was thin and not heavy. You can ask for clean silverware. The crew during lunch was chill.

  Update: I appreciate yalls response. And want to reiterate your pizza, apps, salads and ranches are awesome! We were recommended by neighbors and since youre our go to for pizza. You are also who we always recommend to others and did so just this last wknd for the spurs game and friends made a huge order. Hands down favorite pizza in the area and the only cauliflower pizza I absolutely love. Only advise is the phone system mentioned below but even with that being the case, youre still our go to - we just might avoid the phone system for the time being lol First off LOVE the cauliflower crust pizza. Only one ive ever tried and liked. Pizza here is awesome. Bonus the ranch, basil ranch and salads are amazing My only criticism is trying to order over the phone. Twice now I have called while driving to place an order since I couldn't online as I was driving my car and wanted to pick up pizza omw home and both times I spent 10+ mins with an AI trying to place an order and eventually getting frustrated and hanging up. Today it was because it couldn't order extra cheese. And there was no way for me to connect with a live person to make that request so I just hand up and we ended up going thru a drive thru instead. I would have much rather had their pizza because its great but this AI crap is too much, it has now led to frustration multiple times and losing business :( If yall are using AI there should still at least be an option for people to opt out of it and connect with an actual person

  Pool day with kids and all their friends. Decided to try this place out. I was impressed when I got a phone call letting me know that the order was on the way and if I needed anything I forgot to order. Food shows up. Wings… amazing. Real garlic in the Parm, chrunchy, Juicy, and absolutely delicious. Pizza 10/10 Will absolutely be ordering from here again.

  Favorite pizza chain with the added bonus that they're local. Great lunch specials, excellent ingredients and the facility is clean. Alyssia was super nice and helpful catering to our group and especially thankful for her patience. Am a fan!

  Matengus at Alamo Ranch is hands down one of our family’s absolute favorite pizza spots! We recently placed a DoorDash order for 4 pizzas (I originally ordered 3, then quickly added a 4th right after). Unfortunately, the driver missed the extra pizza—but what happened next is exactly why we’ll keep coming back. The team at Matengus actually called me to check on our order. When I mentioned the missing pizza, they didn’t just make it right… they went above and beyond. They credited us for the missing pizza and sent us two pizzas to make up for the inconvenience! That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it truly meant a lot to my family. Amazing food, amazing people, and customer service that deserves to be recognized. Huge shoutout to whoever took such great care of us! Me and my family highly, highly recommend Mattenga’s Pizzeria. Thank you for going above and beyond! 🍕❤️
