  Sat at the outdoor bar which was enjoyable with the breeze and The View. I had two glasses of red wine the bartender was fairly attentive at first, even though I had to call her over and ask for the second glass. I ordered the fried green tomato seafood salad and It had what looked like cilantro all over the top and I scraped it off and called her over and told her I was allergic to cilantro. She then insisted it was parsley I said "whatever it doesn't matter cuz from the same plant family." I didn't eat it and the bartender never once asked me if there was anything wrong with the dish. She pretty much ignored me after I was provided the plate. I would have sent it back if she'd ever asked me about it. I would have asked to have it taken off my bill if she would have asked me about it. But I was completely ignored at that point. I will not return. I sat there for over an hour with the uneaten plate in front of me while I sipped a glass of wine and the bartender never once spoke to me. When I asked her why she ignored me, she said because I was rude when I didn't accept that Parsley was not the same as cilantro. I'm the one that's allergic not her. So I paid for a meal I did not eat and actually got into a confrontation with the bartender over it because she said I "hurt her feelings" when I said "whatever". Lousy service and lousy bartender who is more concerned about her feelings than Patron who was allergic

  James the manager was very rude to me and my guest when we had outside cups of water. We offered for him to taste to make sure it was water but he did not want to. He was very rude and told the bar tender to not serve us. Of course we were the only people of color and he chose us to target. I’m very disappointed in the service. Russ was very nice but James needs a refresher course on customer service. Like how do you stop your money flow because of an outside cup that had water in it. I even finished my water and he still told Russ to not serve us. That was the most horrible service that I received.

  Very disappointed. Upon arrival the hostess was on her phone and not really pleasant. We were seated in the bar which was fine. However the food left alot to be desired. The egg rolls had no flavor except for the dipping sauce and the chicken was described as "carribean spiced" but no spices were tasted. The burgers had no flavor other than cheese. This is the second Margaritaville I've been to with the same experience, we won't be back.

  Wife and I went in for late lunch as we were visiting from out of town due to the Fiesta Parade. I want to thank the wonderful wait staff at Margaritaville, Corey and Bernice. They took real good care of us and made us feel special, not to mention the food is the best. Every time we come into Town, specifically Downtown, we will visit again. Thank you.

  We sat down to eat, we asked someone to clean, the lady had a ride attitude, and swatted my fork off the table and only cleaned party of the table and a chair. She bumped into my camera equipment and almost knocked over my drone which was on a chair then told me to "keep my damn stuff elsewhere". We ordered our food but they gave us no silverware and said "ugh, really" when we asked for some. She went to go grab some but dropped them on the floor and shrugged. We asked thrice to get our silverware. They only gave us two forks for 3 people. We asked for 2 extra plates and ranch. We asked 4 times for that and still got no ranch. Half our fajita was spilled everywhere on the floor on the way to our table and the strawberry shortcake was melted and smushed. It took 1hr 22m to get our shortcake and we had to ask for it twice. When we left, I found they misplaced my camera equipment and backpack on a random dirty table.
