She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we sat down. She made sure our food and drinks came out in a timely manner and checked on us throughout our visit. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s always nice to have a server who genuinely seems to enjoy their job and cares about their guests. We really appreciated her great attitude and excellent service. Definitely ask for Danika if you visit Main Event!

She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. She had such a positive attitude and really made our experience even better. The service was quick, and she checked on us regularly without being overwhelming. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her guests have a good experience. Overall, we had a great time at Main Event and would definitely come back again. Danika was an amazing server and deserves recognition for her excellent service!
- CACassy AshAug 26, 20262.0I had my daughters 8th birthday there this last Saturday at 330. As part of her party package, she got to chose a activity for her an her guests to do. She chose laser tag. So tell me why they set up my table by the BOWLING ALLEY. It was SO LOUD that I couldn't hear my guests talking to me. I asked go move to a different table bur she told me they were all revered. Well thats funny, my table is the ONLY table with a revered card on it. Hmm. Our waitress was always at the drink station hiding with the other employees in purple, so my party guests had to keep finding her. When we got my daughter opening her presents, our waitress was telling me we needed to hurry or we can move to a table LOWER down to finish opening presents. Oh hell no. Y'all can wait now. Do NOT rush me ever. ESPECIALLY when I am paying for this area. Y'all had you chance to make my daughters birthday better by sitting us AWAY from the bowling alley ESPECIALLY when that WAS NOT her chosen activity. But NO. So No I will not rush my daughter to finish opening her presents just so you can clean up the table. 179$ for a party for 10, to do laser Tag. And you sit me by the bowling alley. Smh. What a waste of my money. I will NOT have another birthday party here.

She was fast, patient and kind. She went above and beyond to make our experience….. and especially my daughter’s experience amazing! I would highly recommend to everyone! If you want to have fun and have quality service this is the one! It’s far better than its counterpart’s here in San Antonio, to be completely honest. We will definitely be back….and more than just for a special occasion.
