  Jordan is hands-down one of the biggest reasons I love coming to Main Event. She truly does it all! Bartending, serving, keeping the energy up, and somehow making every experience feel fun, effortless, and personalized. Her drink knowledge is fantastic, and if you’re someone who likes trying new things, she is your person. She’s always willing to experiment with flavors, make thoughtful recommendations, and help you find something that perfectly fits your taste. And I have to specifically mention her Mexican candy shots because WOW!!! Genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had. Beyond being amazing at what she does, Jordan is just incredibly fun to be around. She has that rare ability to make everyone feel welcome, remembered, and taken care of while still keeping things upbeat and entertaining. Whether you’re just stopping in for a drink or hanging out for a while, she makes the experience that much better. Great service is one thing, but someone who brings personality, consistency, and genuinely great hospitality every single time? That’s special. Main Event is lucky to have her. 💛

  We had a great time as a family when we visited Main Event. The kids had lots of fun playing the variety of games and redeeming the tickets for prizes! The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We will be going back!

  Our waiter Gideon was the best! And the new pretzel pigs in a blanket were delicious please do not take those and the sauce off the menu! My kids love main event and the tech guy was super nice and helpful getting our wizard of oz cards out of the jammed machine!

  Food okay but the video game area was a mess drinks spilled in different areas. I even saw a kid who slipped because of a drink on the floor and hit my daughter . The kid hit his head really hard. And a worker saw the incident he helped the kid and put a sign over the mess. But never cleaned it. They have to be more careful with those incidents because there are kids every where and its dangerous

  Rented 3 bowling lanes tried to have our own little party with about 18 plus people. Most not bowling had issues with getting the food out. In time due to issues with service, not knowing what sections were theirs. A lot of issues got resolved by the end of the timed lane Session. GM Mark addressed a lot of issues by the end made up by helping us expedite some food that did not get ordered in a manner due to computer tablet issues For ordering. The overall enjoyment of my kids birthday was successful by the end. I will be coming back.
