  Our Host named CJ was polite ,very efficient,accommodated all our needs for both kids and adults. He just was outstanding overall. My Grandson plans to use this venue next month . Thanks CJ and Main Event

  Brought my special needs son. He does not react well to strangers. Cindi is the BOMB. Welcomed us. Answered questions. Engaged my son with PacMan. He loved her which made my day and experience there perfect. Throughout our 3 1/2 hours she seated us, was patient with my son as he would not leave her alone. Always smiling. She declined a “tip” and said it makes her happy to see him smile. Amazing and rare. CINDI….. if you read this we will be back next Saturday. He has something for u and cant wait to come back which is also rare. Thank you!

  ​I came here to the North Loop 1604 location for a peaceful, calculated game of 10-pin bowling, and instead, I was subjected to psychological warfare. Let me break down the absolute madness that transpired on Lane 14. ​First of all, the ambient noise profile in this establishment is a violation of the Geneva Conventions. I am trying to calculate standard projectile physics and ball velocity, but my brainwaves are being violently hijacked by the deafening shrieks of forty-seven different children celebrating a birthday party simultaneously. The gravity ropes course hanging directly above my head felt less like an "activity" and more like a tactical surveillance unit plotting a multi-level ambush. ​Then came the bowling shoes. I put them on, and my center of gravity completely vanished. I felt like a newborn giraffe on wet ice. I approached the approach, pulled back for a flawless, textbook release, and the lane was so excessively oiled that my ball didn't roll—it hydroplaned. It drifted sideways like a souped-up Honda Civic on 281 traffic, completely bypassing the headpin and vanishing into the gutter with a hollow, mocking thud. I look over, and the computer screen is flashing a neon, dancing cartoon slice of pizza that says "GUTTER BALL!" in a font that screamed total emotional mockery. The machine was laughing at me. ​To cope with the financial and spiritual devastation of my scorecard, I ordered a custom cocktail from the bar. It was bright blue. Why was it blue? What element on the periodic table makes a fluid that color? I drank it anyway. It tasted like liquified Pixy Stix and pure adrenaline. Within five minutes, my heart rate hit 140 BPM, and I felt like I could physically lift the pinsetter machine with my bare hands. ​I left my dignity somewhere near the laser tag entrance. If you want to bowl a classic game in a calm, structured environment, do not come here. If you want to lose your mind, drink radioactive neon beverages, and get out-bowled by an unhinged 8-year-old using the plastic dinosaur ramp, 10/10 stars. But Google only lets me give one.

  Went for sons birthday. A bit chaotic but fun. Good menu choices. We walked in and were met by this lady who was so sweet, kind and reminded me of my Grandmother! She got us a table, answered our million questions. Never hesitated when aked for assistance with our party. We were there 3 hours and she was so helpful and smiling the entire time. What a great overall walk-in experience. Shes a keeper. We will be returning.

  My family and I where invited to a birthday party. Deija was our server. She asked us if the checks were going to be separate or together. We advised her of who was going to be included in our check. We submitted our order. We received our drinks and appetizers plus we also received two additional drinks we didn't pay for. The server spilled the chips and guac on me. And lastly we never received the pizza we ordered. The server placed our pizza on the other side of the table. We never saw our pizza and had to pay for something we didn't eat. I attempted to speak with the manager. As I was speaking to her Deija was going behind the back of the manager speaking about me. To top it off the manager was making faces at me like of I was discussing to look at. So, when I proceeded to question her on why she was looking at me the way she was she became offended with my question. This has been the worst customer service experience I have had. I mean these ladies were not making any sense. At the end of the night we paid for ticket, pizza we didn't get, chips that were spilled on me and terrible customer service from a Manager and a server. I do not recommend this place. Save your money.
