  We ordered the captains gumbo, crab cakes, new orleans bread, fried shrimp + cocktails. food was amazing! 10/10 on each plate that came out. our server was Michael, and he was great! the manager also came and checked on us and was wonderful!

  No doubt the best seafood spot in San Antonio. Lizzie made the whole experience so much better! And shoutout to Anna in the kitchen for putting so much love in the crawfish étouffée It was absolutely amazing! If you from the boot and looking for something that tastes and feel like home, this Landrys is the spot. Thank you Lizzie, Nate, Anna and staff! Much love!❤️

  This restaurant seemlessly accommodated 13 of us for a last minute lunch! Our server, Tim, was amazing and handled our large group so well that all 13 of us were singing his praises. The $17 lunch specials had something for everyone and the food was delicious. The crew there is so team oriented that we had a great visit with the General Manager AND the chef - both wanting to know if our experience went well. Outstanding teamwork at this location!

  We arrived late lunch. There were only 2 other tables needing served. When our lunch arrived we told our waitress we will need to go containers because we knew it was way more food then we could possibly eat. Shortly after serving us the other 2 tables left and a table of about 10 came in. Our waitress totally forgot/ignored us to care for them. Larger tip I suppose. After begging other workers for our bill and to go containers a young lady brought the containers said our waitress would be over with our bill. She never showed. Eventually the young lady returned told us our waitress was making drinks for the other table presented us with a bill and asked us if it was correct. The food was great but the service was terrible. I was very disappointed.

  I had a really nice birthday celebration at this seafood restaurant located on the Riverwalk. After we entered the restaurant, the hostess showed us to an absolutely wonderful table next to three large glass doors overlooking the river walk below. Thank you so much for that wonderful table. After we sat down our server Ilyas came over and introduced himself. He actually asked both of us what our first names were and right through dinner he kept addressing us by our first names. It's so rare to see that happen and it made us feel like we were friends right from the get-go. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and the house salad for our appetizers which were very good. We both ordered the same entree, the almond crusted mahi which was pleated like a work of art and tasted out of this world. It looked so beautiful that we didn't want to start eating it and ruin the look, lol. When it was time for dessert, Ilyas told us that he had a surprise for us. He came back a few moments later with this huge ice cream sundae with a candle on top and said it was compliments of the restaurant for my birthday. I didn't know where to look, it was such an awesome gesture and one I did not expect. What really made this dining experience so awesome and memorable for me quite honestly was Ilyas. He was just such a nice guy, with a wonderful, engaging, stand out personality & a great smile. He was conversing with us the entire evening, so much so that felt like we were friends at the end of the meal. We later learned (in talking with the manager on our way out) that he had just started working here. You would never have known that because he acted and came across like such a seasoned server. THANK YOU ILYAS, for making this a wonderful/very memorable birthday celebration for myself. We wish you all the best with your new career and we know that with your very engaging personality you have an awesome road ahead of you.
