  If you could avoid this place, do!! There are much better locations. Their customer service sucks and their manager sucks even more. I came here with my family to get a dozen hot and ready. There was one person ahead of us and we waited patiently. When it was our turn, we walked up and ordered. The older black woman went to get the dozen. To my surprise, a middle aged white woman just boxes me out of the way and the young white female tells me to get out of the way so the other lady can get her donuts and coffee WHO CAME AFTER ME. I am now standing there waiting again for donuts that I ordered that are now just sitting there FOR NO REASON. Tell the black lady who says she’s the manager and all she does is apologize and says she’s will talk to her which I doubt she ever did. Didn’t even seem like she cared. I have never in my life been so disrespected by a business in my face like that!!

  Donuts are great, the best ones for me. Can't say the same about the service. I don't know if it wasn't a good day for the person who got my order or if this is the usual treatment but I wouldn't go back. This was my first time at this unit, I usually go to the one at interstate 10.

  Sunday afternoon on May4th around 12pm. We ordered 1 dozen donuts and a latte. When we ordered no one was at the drive thru, he gentleman took close to five minutes to take our order, he also spoke very fast and I could barely understand him. They took another 10-15 minutes to get our order at the window. While waiting we could see workers walking back and forth, no one came to acknowledge us or say sorry about the wait. Bad experience .

  I reward my kiddos with a sweet treat occasionally for good grades, doing chores without asking, helping others etc.. This is one of their favorite stops! The atmosphere is fun and clean. The customer service was excellent! We were greeted when we walked in the door. The cashier tended to each of my kids individually as well as myself. Our order was handed to us by the male employee with the upmost respect. I knew it was almost closing time. We weren't rushed at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our quick visit. Thanks for the hospitality! We'll be back!!

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Walked into Krispy Kreme with my family of five and stood there for a full five minutes while employees just talked amongst themselves and completely ignored us. Not a single acknowledgment, no greeting, nothing. It’s basic customer service to at least recognize people are standing there waiting—this wasn’t busy or overwhelmed staff, it was straight-up disregard. With kids waiting and being completely overlooked like we didn’t exist, this experience was beyond frustrating. If this is the level of service being provided, I won’t be coming back.
