However, they were loaded and spot on! The dining area was a little unkept but the service was excellent. The young lady that helped me was kind and attentive. And my coffee was an extra free and delicious bonus! As I used my points from the app too. Good job on this location today! I may make this my goto location from New Braunfels.

In the drive through , whenever you order something, they don't give it to you, you get up to the front to pay. And they let you know that they don't carry that item, then the order that we placed two of the items that we ordered that they repeated back to me were not in the order.So had to turn round and go back.Go inside the store.Then, the worker that was assisting me with my order, Did not know what a donut hole was. After explaining to the worker, what a donut hole was, then they proceed to tell me that they don't sell a dozen donut holes. You have to buy ten or twenty four.Anybody that works in a donut shop should be able to know what a donut hole is. Basically, that's the type of people that you employ at this particular location. You can't understand them when they talk to you. They talk extremely fast , they mumble their responses and they don't have any knowledge of what they're trying to sell the public.
