The employee was standing there in silence no greeting or anything... we placed our order. The doughnuts were cold like they came out of a refrigerator. It had the gross greasy after taste. I hightly disappointed... my boys used to like to stop in to see the doughnuts roll out on the machines... guess this is all a thing of the past. So sad. Do better KRISPY KREME
