- JKJoe KuprisMay 24, 20265.0My daughter and son-in-law took me to dine at Kolache very early this Sunday morning, May 24th, and they have a wonderful selection of kolaches and croissants, with a variety of options of fillings for both. A kolache is a soft, pillow pastry made from a sweet yeast dough, and are they ever delicious! I ordered a smooth tasting caramel mochiatta coffee and it went well with the Texas pecan sausage klobásníky and the cinnamon roll that I ordered. My son-in-law and daughter live in San Antonio so they're familiar with Kolache, but I was a first-time visitor from Oregon, so it was all new for me. I was impressed with the kind level and attention to service when ordering, and the cashier was very helpful in taking our order. When I next visit San Antonio I will definitely look forward to visiting Kolache again!

They were god but I prefer savory kolaches. Everything was good so far Drive thru service was fairly quick
