- TEThalassa Edwards2 days ago3.0It was nice and cool inside and the decor was cute. I purchased a small bowl nothing special. Many places serve the same thing I'll go elsewhere for better service. I don't think Jugo loves us. The reason why I gave it a 3 is due to the service. Service is very important. Let's start with I was not greeted when I came in. I was the only customer there. There were 4 tables, all were dirty. So I had to ask them to clean the table and then the ladies behind the counter and the lady sitting on a laptop looked at each other like really. Yes, really. The tables are white so you see everything and it was nasty all of them. One of the tables had a few hairs on it! The lady that was sitting at a table with laptop got up to clean the table. Hopefully you get your service together. The bowl and juice options were plenty but service was lacking.
