Julian made sure we got the top of the line service , despite it being a busy night. Our food was great, the best service we've seen with our group since we've been in San Antonio. If you eat at Joe's ask for that guy. We got everything so quickly and he didnt miss a thing and even squeezed in a happy birthday song for my daughter..The boils were awesome and the service was stellar. We had a great dinner Thanks to Julian

The food was absolutely delicious, and I definitely recommend trying the Coronaritas—they were amazing! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back again. We decided to stop here and trust me after our dinner it was full of regrets. The service was ok Nothing really stood out from the waiter. I asked to speak to the manager because the potatoes in my boil were so hard they were more raw than cooked. The manager gave me a WAIT YOU COMPLAINING ? look. Well he tried to make it right but all that ended up happening was I ended up with MORE raw potatoes. I don't recommend this location . Pass on this seafood option .
- ADangel dubsAug 12, 20265.0So we have not seen a Joe's Crab Shack in years, so when we saw this one while walking the river, we just had to go. we walked in and it was not busy at all. we were greeted by our server joe who was amazing. he made sure we were very well taken care of and even made some great recommendations. the food was great and service was top notch. definitely recommend this place.
