    Oof. Worst location I’ve been to yet - and that’s saying something. The restaurant was FILTHY including restrooms. Which is insane because they’ve only been open a couple of hours. It was seriously so gross, I had to watch where I stepped through half the restaurant. Parking in the area is atrocious. And there was soooo much mayo in my meal I had to open it and use six napkins to scrap the excess out. Plus, when I walked in there were two employees at the register but just talking and visiting with each other. Neither welcomed me, made eye contact, offered to help me - nothing. They both put on gloves and eventually the young man logged into the computer and the young woman headed to start making sandwiches. When he finally started taking my order he didn’t apologize for the delay, make eye contact, or welcome me - just “what can I get you?” While staring down at his computer. Then after I put in my phone number for rewards I had to interrupt his visiting to get his attention so I could pay. I would be so embarrassed if I owned this location.

    I went to go get lunch today here since this wast first time ever trying this place. I wasnt sure of what to get myself although I did order my coworkers lunch and he lied about the condiments that I could add,salt and pepper, and he stayed "they don't carry that" the older man with glasses was the most rudest person I have encountered. I obviously didn't know the menu very well and instead of showing good customer service he decided to be rude to me because I was not aware of the menu. I decided on the original combo and he asked what kind, I responded the original and he said " ham, roast beef, turkey" rudely of course and I said Turkey and then he continued to talk over me when I already answered him. To begin with he was already saying what else, what else like he was rushing my order so I felt rushed. I decided to cancel my order and just get my coworkers order. When I told her that he said they don't carry salt and pepper her eyes widened and she said yes they do! I'm not saying this is not a good establishment but get rid of that guy. You will lose customers or potential customers like me because of his poor service and lies.

    Love Jimmy John’s, but this location is awful. The staff were unfriendly and have attitudes, and the music was extremely loud and inappropriate for a restaurant. Employees were wearing gloves while touching the register and other surfaces around the restaurant, then using those same gloves to make sandwiches. That completely defeats the purpose of wearing gloves. The tables weren’t clean either. See the picture for my $14 stale bread turkey tom sandwich. There is more mayo than anything else. Awful. Overall, the location is poorly managed, and I’m not sure why these issues are being allowed to continue. I’ll still eat at Jimmy John’s, but I won’t be returning to this location.

    I had a coupon for a buy one get one free get rid of the sandwich my wife got an Italian something and I had a roast beef and cheddar truly great sandwich great bread fresh meat wonderful

    Good food but music is WAY TOO LOUD for dining in and it's HOT in the restaurant. Each time i come here to dine in, the employees seem to either try to be as loud as possible, BANGING pans/containers around, or (more likely) have never been taught how to work as quietly as possible while customers are dining in. Or maybe they’re used to the restaurant being empty due to mostly take-out orders. Also the tables and benches were dirty. I had to use a few of my own bleach wipes to wipe our table/benches off before eating. The toilet paper in both bathrooms were almost empty. It's NOT a good experience to run out of toilet paper and have to call my daughter to ask her to ask for more tp. Please just keep some extra rolls in there. Funny signs all over the men's bathroom but no flat surface to put my phone on while i use the bathroom? The guy who took our order didn't greet us or even acknowledge our existence until i said, "Hello?" He was annoyed that i interrupted whatever he was doing on his phone. Then, even though I literally showed him a screenshot of exactly how I wanted my sandwich made, he got it wrong. The young lady working here is polite and a hard worker! (I'm reposting this because I forgot some important things on my last review.)
