    Love Jimmy John’s, but this location is awful. The staff were unfriendly and have attitudes, and the music was extremely loud and inappropriate for a restaurant. Employees were wearing gloves while touching the register and other surfaces around the restaurant, then using those same gloves to make sandwiches. That completely defeats the purpose of wearing gloves. The tables weren’t clean either. See the picture for my $14 stale bread turkey tom sandwich. There is more mayo than anything else. Awful. Overall, the location is poorly managed, and I’m not sure why these issues are being allowed to continue. I’ll still eat at Jimmy John’s, but I won’t be returning to this location.

    I had a coupon for a buy one get one free get rid of the sandwich my wife got an Italian something and I had a roast beef and cheddar truly great sandwich great bread fresh meat wonderful

    Good food but music is WAY TOO LOUD for dining in and it's HOT in the restaurant. Each time i come here to dine in, the employees seem to either try to be as loud as possible, BANGING pans/containers around, or (more likely) have never been taught how to work as quietly as possible while customers are dining in. Or maybe they’re used to the restaurant being empty due to mostly take-out orders. Also the tables and benches were dirty. I had to use a few of my own bleach wipes to wipe our table/benches off before eating. The toilet paper in both bathrooms were almost empty. It's NOT a good experience to run out of toilet paper and have to call my daughter to ask her to ask for more tp. Please just keep some extra rolls in there. Funny signs all over the men's bathroom but no flat surface to put my phone on while i use the bathroom? The guy who took our order didn't greet us or even acknowledge our existence until i said, "Hello?" He was annoyed that i interrupted whatever he was doing on his phone. Then, even though I literally showed him a screenshot of exactly how I wanted my sandwich made, he got it wrong. The young lady working here is polite and a hard worker! (I'm reposting this because I forgot some important things on my last review.)

    I just don’t understand how this location just can’t get it right! Three times I have asked for sandwich to be cut and to give napkins. Neither times has my sandwich been cut or given napkins. Finally I order today and they finally cut it but didn’t get my order correct! Are you guys ok?
