- CNCris NemecekSep 22, 20261.0When the did an update online order for delivery with drinks the uber driver brought my food and chips but no drinks, when I call the store and bring it to their attention they copped an attitude and wanted to give me a credit but when I asked if the Uber driver (her suggestion) could bring the receipt back and they give her the drinks to deliver to me their response was “I guess” and then immediately hung up on me. I order drinks for a reason I don’t want credit I just want my drinks and I don’t think I was asking too much, however the employee I spoke with acted as if I was taking time out of their day to make their mess up right. Per the uber driver the employees were rude and unhappy they had to do their jobs and make it right

- MPMichael PowellSep 6, 20263.0What’s the point of allowing customization options in the app if they aren’t going to read them and then do them? 4-5 times now, in the app, I customize my sandwich (add crispy onions, no onions, light mayo, light bacon , etc ) and out of those times, 1time did they actually do the customization. Every other time I have just received the basic way the sandwich is made. I would understand a few mistakes now and then, given that it’s busy or something along those lines. (Maybe have more than one worker in at a time?) Now I’ve never worked here or another place like it, but I’ve worked a job that requires attention to detail. At this point it just seems to me unless you go in, it will be made wrong. I ask again, Why even allow the ability to customize on the app?
