I used to come to this Jimmy John’s regularly, but I stopped because the customer service has consistently been terrible. In the past, my order was canceled because they ran out of bread, but instead of informing customers, the employees stayed inside cleaning while watching us wait outside and laughing. That experience alone made me avoid this location for months.
Tonight, I decided to give this location another chance and placed a curbside order, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, I was met with the same level of disrespect. The employee who brought out my order had a very hostile attitude, shook his head while walking away, and even flicked off our car before going back inside.
What makes this even more frustrating is that it appears to be the same mixed black guy working the night shift every time I’ve had these negative experiences. At this point, this is no longer just “bad customer service” — it’s repeated disrespect toward paying customers. Management seriously needs to address the behavior at this location because no customer should be treated this way.

Reason for marking the food at a (2) is I ordered a #1 Pepe (ham) and I received a turkey instead. Perhaps I should’ve checked prior to arriving home, I did not.
**More so a caution to the restaurant employees to pay attention to the details - you never know a person’s allergies or dietary restrictions.**
Overall great service, restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was nice.
When you want a sandwich "Freaky Fast" this is the sandwich shop for you. Great food, service, and great customer service. Awesome job!!!

Very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal Jimmy John’s customer for 15 years, but this was the worst sandwich I’ve ever received. The tuna was spread so thin it was barely there—I felt like I was eating a lettuce and cucumbers sandwich. Save your money and a bad experience, skip this location.
