- JBJason BarbosaOct 10, 20261.0This location always has crappy service. Ordered on the app and went in to eat. My wife forgot to order a drink so purchase a larger drink at the counter. She went to the fountain drink area and NO ICE!!! She told the employee and he said it’s broken and we’re waiting to get it fixed. No offer to refund or any alternatives. I guess his solution was to just drink it warm. She walks back up front because they have a small drink cooler and didn’t want anything from there so she asked for a refund. The cashier said you can just get something from the cooler. My wife, not wanting to make a fuss just got a water. I noticed that the water was about an1.00 less than the drink she paid for….I was wanting to make a big stink but my wife stopped since she knows I’ll make a scene. I think the employees were too busy talking to each other about there personal business to care…
