  Ordered curb side but had to go inside and pickup my Ordered. Was told that they never got my check in.

  We came in and no customers were in the building, three employees behind the counter, one of which disappeared into the back and the other two promptly ignored us for over 10 minutes without even acknowledgment we were standing there. I would understand if they had multiple customers waiting or were rushing on many online orders but only one employee seemed to be prepping any food. They want to force you to use their app to order I guess. For a company that prioritizes being fast, we proceed to wait another 10 minutes to get our food, which would be fine but the employee only handed us two sandwiches out of three. I asked the employee about the third sandwich which she responded “there wasn’t a turkey sandwich” and when I told her again that there wasn’t one she said “no there’s not” so my sister had to pull out the receipt to show her that we did order one. Once she saw the receipt she did make it but I was disappointed with the unnecessary attitude after the very long service. I would not return to this location, not recommend it to anyone else.

  shout out to the guy working today with long hair and earrings. receipt says my order taker was “Aiden”. he was completely rude and showed no signs of life. why don’t you get another job if you don’t like working at jimmy johns? Here’s a photo of the chicken and bacon and ranch They made me. I did have them add peppers and extra mayonnaise. shout out to the franchise owner…….> if you’re gonna hire guys like this, please count on getting reviews like this.
