- GHGene Hernandez3 days ago1.0Ordered delivery this evening from the 1604 and Bandera rd location. Didn’t realize they contract to uber. Sandwich was supposed to arrive at 4:45. At 5:30 it finally showed up. Called store on how to give feedback to uber. No answers and the first person was dismissive. Obviously I need not order from them. They had no answers and other than file a complaint.

Bread was dried out and hard, mayo was not spread out thoroughly. 3 slices of tomato and cucumber per sandwich with inches of space between. At first I thought I didn't get any. Tomato looked couple days old and bloated, cucumber was so thin. Lettuce didn't look like it was machine sliced, almost like hand broken apart. Huge pieces. Not usually fluffy sliced thin lettuce im used to from JJ

Went in to pick up my order and was responded to in a rude manner by a young man at the front counter. Please be mindful of your patrons and try to keep bad attitudes out of your workplace please!
